So, I just reminded dh to take his fertlisan m powdered drink, and he said I should bring it for him, then also added that he dosent know if the drink is the reason he is having thyphoid that refuses to go. That he is getting tired of taking the supp.
I just snapped at him that I just did a pt (am on cd22) and it was bfn, and that am expecting af. Which means this month didn't work. that if he abandons this supplement like those others, that I am done trying. As in finito. Which ever he wants it, let it be. That it seem as if am running a one-man game here. Just take the drugs.
Nna mehn... the thing just vex me ehhhh. He now started saying sorry now.
Men!!!! I wish I had a manual on them. I would have studied it more than any exam I have ever sat for in my life.

So, it's my birthday today. I truly wanted an abundant shower of bfps this month, like we had last year june. It was indeed miraculous and some how surreal. That was the highest record of bfp on the thread since I joined NL. Anyway, Lord am still hopeful. I knowYou will do it.

@ mama zaynie. Most ttc ers wouldn't mind having their sisters kids around, so long you dont let them take over completely the cleaning, and the care of the children. They may pretend as if they dont mind, because they dont want to seem as rejecting children, but when you are gone, they may resolve to tears, with thoughts like ' see I have now turned to nanny for my kid sister, zaynie of yesterday'
Like loisemm said, moderation is the key.
Also, you may decide to indirectly ask her. Maybe in the mood of sisterly bonding and gisting. You can like 'Sis, I want to ask you something ooo. Sorry for asking, but tell me sincerely, do you feel depressed or sad after bringing the kids and we leave. I dont want to cause you pain' pls dont mention your hubby. Just say its a thought that had been nagging through your mind, and you just decided to ask her. Because of how close I am to my sisters, I can ask them such question. I believe it depends on your closeness with your sisters.

The nairasurplus issue on ground now, is because she formed she was ttc, while acting like she was marketing and on top of it insulted/cursed one of us. We watch each other's back.

So, for the matter on ground. If the CS was properly done, there will be no adhesion or scar, hence no hinderance to conception. If you have done HSG and TVS and your uterus and fallopian tubes have been declared ok and patent, then you have no issues there, however, you may want to run a hormone profile test and an infection test to rule out hormonal imbalane and infections as the cause of the delay.

Nne @ pweetymii, the taste of the fertilsan m powder is not too bad. Its not bitter nor sour. It tastes like diluted ribena drink mixed with grinded tablet that is not bitter (I dont know how best to describe it) Anyway, for dh who has hatred for drugs, he hasn't missed a day since he started it 9 days ago. About the 'morning wood' according to the gospel of ripvanwink, I noticed it, but didn't want to say anything to dh, so as not to attribute the improvement on the drug. Let him think he is the man. The thing just dey stand anyhow, unlike before.
We are still in the process but the future looks brighter. Team fertilsan m, I wish you guys plenty of fertility blessings. Our efforts will not be in vain. Same for all the ttc mamas.

Hello sisters, trust we are keeping well. Been awhile. Update: i found a hospital that my spirit agrees with for now. I told us that my old doctor was just giving me drugs without any real follow up so my hubby and i decided to change d doc. The new one first treated me for infection first according to him that is the normal procedure with him. Any ways after that he placed me on drugs that would boost my fertility and i was asked to come for follicular tracking on some certain days. After the drugs and all we discovered that i had LUF. I say we cos myself and the doc were actually seeing it on the screen. So my sisters only me Fibroid, now LUF. I don't even know what to do or say anymore cos i have shed all the tears i can i have resolved to leave it in God's hands cos all the review online are not good at all. Imagine ooo Fibroid, stenosis now LUF only me. The doc gave me some drugs to take for 3months and then come back. Am on the drugs and believing God for a miracle cos that is what i need right now.

Secondly, if he/she were to be geniune, you would have posted his hospital/clinic address (like other people that really want to help, does) So, mamas living in that area can confirm or at least check it out.
3rdly, you never stated the mode of operation of this your doctor. Is it herbal, orthodox or spiritual.
Also, you said he/she helped you conceive, Abeg, what was your TTC history.

Because of my weight/bmi -96kg
I took 1200mg as early as 5am on empty stomach, then 400 mg at night if I remember. But d morning own was constant n I had my earliest breakfast 5hours later.

I had pregnancy symptoms all through but didn't stop.
Then when I got my bfp on cd48, I switched to 400mg daily, then by 8th week, it was 400mg every other day.
I was also taking folic acid n 50mg vitamin b6 after bfp daily. Stopped at 12th week.


If your weight is normal u can do 800mg in d morning ad soon as u wake up or 2hours before meal n 400at night.
So your body do not digest it n dispose it with food.
Vitex is herbal. No overdose.

Pls does vitex have effect on weight?
Also, would you suggest vitex for someone with a regular cycle.

Welcome. May your stay here be short and very fruitful. The thread is not just for women, in fact we have some men among us, though they are few. We also encourage men/husbands to join. TTC is not just a woman's thing. It affect both.
So, what fertility tests have you and your wife done? If none ypu can start by running the bssic ones like, se.me.n analysis for you, hormone profile and Transvaginal scan for your wife. They are not expensive tests, and they can be done in most lab.

@all complaining about d. h refusal to take drugs or go for tests av u forgotten that they are our first born? hmm, na one rope naim tie most ttc men concerning drug usage. In my own case, i am using cunning man die, cunning man bury am method. Sometimes, i beg,i quarrel i remind or i just bone. wen i bone him and not remind him, i wud see him taking it by himself without reminder.
Minwile, i got delivery of f. e. rtilsan yesterday, he likes drinks, so,i ordered for the powdered form, cos, if i had bought the tabs he would complain and complain of how he has to take a whole 3,and i have to explain why he should take 3,and then, since it is 3,i av to get ready to make swallow so he can take it.. that is why wen i saw the option of powder, i jumped at it.so,desperate times requires desperate measures,u know ur hubby, just know how to tune him.Sometimes,wen he takes them, i even say "thank you"..
as per sfa, after the do one time, i psyched him, i was like this kini is looking so different and think there is an improvement from the drugs u are taking, he agreed and started saying we should run another test to know how far.. na so me dey do am and i know Baba God will pick mine and everyone's call soon.

I want to suggest Cannan Land (Winner's Chapel) Ota Ogun state. Its not that far from Lagos.
Its a good place for a spiritual retreat. They have good and cheap accommodation/lodging, (around 3k I think), with beautiful and serene environment where one can prayer. The scenery is divine. You will feel close to nature and God.
You can also ask for a pastor if you need some one to counsel you or for spirituae guidance.
If not, just lodge, commune with God on your own and go home refreshed.
Other Lagos mamas can suggest other places.

You did not give feedback on the follicle tracking.... Did you do a CD11scan and what was the outcome?

My sister oo @sugah. You sweet ghannn!!! Thanks for remembering, it made me feel important.So after the cd9 tvs, which showed 16,mm follicle and 6mm endo linning I started taking pregnacare conception, vit e 1000mg, vit b6- 50mg, omega 3combo(was already on it),
Anyway, I did a follow up cd11 scan, had a dominant 23mm follicle on the right ovary. 8mm lining. I think I ovulated on cd 13. I didnt go for anothet scan again to confirm.
I bded on cd 7,9,10,11 and 12 nights. Infact dh hear whinn!! He no gree do again.
So am hopeful and believing God that this is it.

My dh is the worst in drug misuse. I had bought manix, addyzoa, wellman, even herbal medicine, at different times, but there is none of this drugs he took religiously, or even finished. He can take a 1 month drug for 1 year.
