I have a little ish I would love our sabi mamas to help me reason.
I have a clock work period of 25-26 days cycle. Unfortunately, AF showed face yesterday, being cd18. It is still flowing even as I type.
The only new thing I did, was that i started a ketogenic diet, which I started 5 days ago, to reduce weight. I also took letrozole during the last cycle, and had been on pregnacare conception.
As much as I don't want to get worried, I can't seem to understand this AF at cd18.
Pls any thoughts or ideas?

Aha... @ last l said to myself , d sonographer tried to encourage me by saying d location of d fibroid shouldn't affect ttc cos it's located outside d uterus ( but l have read an article Abt fibrosis dat their presence makes d region dy r found harden ; thereby making them unreceptive to " implanting fertilised egg".
I was happy sha; cos "my science finally met traditional".

Wow...this shows that some of these trado-mamas know what they are doing. They can detect with their bare hands, what technology can't.

Abeg, can cysts be operated on? I am thinking I can kukuma save time and remove it at once. What are my options apart from the usual serrapeptase and castor oil massage.

NNE m, I am sorry for the cysts. I have never had cysts, so I can't really be of much help. But I think you can give the serrap, castor oil, and gufei boa combo a chance first for 2-3 months at least before you consider the surgery.

Hi dear, sorry for the mia AF. Mine later came after 9 days delay, 2 days after i stopped the m2tone and pregnacare. The flow was very heavy, with clots ( i was even scared, )
So if you are still on them drugs, stop them for a while and watch it.

Looks like we are in the same situation. I have always had a clockwork AF. 25/26 days cycle. Never missed a period, except when I was preggy.
Now my AF is delayed by 7days, and still no show. Several pt says negative.
Was on a combo of m2tone and pregnacare conception. Both has an unpopular review of delaying AF. Though am off both drugs for now, till I get my AF back.

Pls mamas who have used this combo -m2tone and pregnacare conception should help us share their experience.

For my own, each one was tested for 4k. So I did FSH, progesterone, prolactin and paid 12k

1) how long did you use pregnacare before your bfp.
2) I get from your post that you used m2tone for less than 2 months before your bfp, where you on anything else before then.
3) did you have elongated cycles because of the pregnacre and m2tone.
4) what was the fertility issue you were treating.
What was your general experience with the combo?
I am asking all this becos immediately after your testimony, I started m2tone in December, I was already on pregnacare before then(but was not religious with it), I started fully after your testimony.
I noticed that I purged for 2 days the first time I took the pregnacare and the m2tone together, so I started spacing them with at least 1 hour between each one.
Now, my AF is late with 4days, I have tested 2 times, its bfn. I was wondering what your experiences were. I am not really treating much, no fibroid or pcos, just a progesterone and fsh that can sometimes be a bit off range.

@all mamas meanwhile I don't know when I ovulated o. I tried opks for the first time this cycle and I never got a positive. On cd11 I had massive flowing ewcm. Was at work so when I got home that night, we bd well oo even though I was sure I wasn't ovulating then since it seemed too early for my 28/29 day cycle. Started testing next day and was always negative. Got tired and stopped on cd 15 or so cos on cd14( the day my text book mind always thought I ovulated, tender breasts started). Latest one now is that on cd18, I had lower abdominal discomfort all day. Not cramps per say just mild pains and a feeling of activities going on there.

Since I gave birth 15months ago, AF jst resumed last month Dec 19th; it came for 3days like my normal flow. Then I bled again on CD19 BUT for only 1day; my normal Cycle length was 24/25days. Stopped breastfeeding my son that night(CD19) so we'r in the process of weaning now. I started detox on that CD19 thinking it Ws a new cycle of AF....maybe jst not regular yet not knowing it wld stop that same day. I cramped lightly on CD18, 20(last night) n 21(this morning)
I dnt know what's going on ; dnt know whether to continue my detox wch I planned to do for 8-9days or stop it now n nt ruin any chances of getting a "surprise miracle" this month. I was going to do a hpt later this week; Friday......so now i'm in a limbo, pls helep chook mouth o mamas; before I take my bitters again ds night 10x in advance.

Pls n pls pardon my epistle, needed to be explicit to give a clear picture.

Why don't you do a pt first to rule out pregnancy before you continue with the bitters.or rather wait till cd28 when you will be sure the next AF should be showing up before the pt. Cos it may be implantation bleeding. I think its the wise thing to do. The detox can still wait. No need to hurry

Tell them you want to buy femara. When they get it, tell them you want the cheaper brand (Norvatis or something) as Letrozole is the name of the active compound in the drug.

Bought mine 1550 in Benin. I was initially taking 1 tablet thrice a day. Then after 2 weeks I decided to up my dose to 2tabs twice daily meaning one satchet in 5 days. My dear it is not easy buying it but do all your can for your BFP. When you see those two lines it will be worth every cent you have spent.
