Many years ago, I was on the corridor looking around the street. Then I noticed a fast movement and I turned around to catch the glimpse of what was that. A NEPA man was falling down from the ladder. A building blocked my view from seeing how he landed. My guess back then was that it could be fatal, either he hits his head on the gutter or breaks his spinalcord.

I ran down stairs to go near the place. When I reached there, I saw two NEPA men seated on the ground. As I stood there and others were narrating what happened, I got the clearer picture.
