I’m US - based and my brother used my Statements. I don’t think it’s an issue if your sibling is legally situated and working.
We provided my statements and my paystub for 4 months to show consistent inflow of money. Also provided offer letter… and it worked out well.

I got a mail for the E learning proficiency test but I didn't attempt it as I saw it late on my mail and was passed the deadline for taking it. Neither did I take the online interview. To my surprise I received an invite today for the physical interview.
