How many cases of un authorized debits have you heard about from POS customers. If your account gets cleared it's definitely from you. Either you over exposed your card or you left it carelessly or you filled your card details on a pishing website. It's not from the POS operator.

You can't increase taxation, import tax, petrol price, devalue you currency which all resulted into monumental inflation, and fight the same inflation by taking cash out of the system.

Oga, Emefiele did nothing wrong. That cashless policy was one of the best policies ever in Nigeria financial system. It would have solved a major problem and reduce inflation drastically. politicians blackmailed the policy and saw it fail.

Presently you need more cash to buy few goods. So the govt needs to print more cash to solve the problem. Ironically, we are going cashless, hence the scarcity of cash.

A bag of rice under Emefiele is 35k, under Tinubu it's 80k, so every buyer needs additional 50k cash to buy same commodity. Pray tell me, why won't there be cash scarcity?

Atm with cash deposit is needed so as to help traders and business owners deposit daily or weekly cash transactions to their respective banks.

Going through some banking hall stress is another major reason most people patronize POS operators

If bank put N5m in ATM, one POS operator can withdraw N400k from it and sometimes u may have like 20 POS operators that will collect average of N200k daily from that very ATM, then the rest of us will manage 1m.
