You lie. You added photos of Owerri and named them Orlu.
If you visit Orlu and move outside those four streets enlarged in 2012;, move into the many streets excavated and abandoned since 2012, you must pity people living in Orlu. You must wonder why government abandoned the area.

Majority don't hate Okorocha. Even Owerri people that are at loggerheads with him at the moment still prefer him to other politicians around. What we have in Imo is propaganda borne out of jealousy. Okorocha demolished houses and embarked on expansion and beautification of old Owerri area but opposition seized it as an opportunity to mislead the naive using propaganda.
Okorocha collects revenues meant for development of 27 lgas and uses the revenues only for the three lgas of Owerri Municipality, while the rest of Imo state decays from lack of modernity;
therefore, if Okorocha does not remove Owerri traditional market, Owerri people may like Okorocha to continue even for Third Term, or through Okorocha proxy after 2019;

but Orlu groups must stop Okorocha politics in 2019. 2015 Orlu people thought Okorocha would change and understand that Orlu needs infrastructure, complete the roads he scrapped here, gave him a second chance, but he refused to change.

A person asked for votes in 2011 to be Imo governor, with a promise that he would make seat of government in Imo state rotate from one zone to the other, people believed him, voted for him;

that person has ended up not only restricting the seat of government only in one place but has used nearly all the federal allocations coming for the 27 local govt areas and the state in five years to build his fancy projects the state capital zone - a few roads outside the state capital.

It is sinful for a state governor to be obsessed with the state capita as he abandons rest of his state.

OKOROCHA LIGHTS UP OWERRI
The craze to make Owerri the safest, serene and secure capital city in Nigeria has been intensified by the Governor of Imo State, His Excellency, Owelle (Dr.) Rochas Anayo Ethelbert Okorocha.

The city is aglow with LED solar powered street lights bringing sparkling illuminations and shining ambience at night,hence the realization of "Urban Renewal Programme" of the Rescue Mission Government.

There is no gain reiterating the fact that, in the coming weeks all the major roads/streets in Owerri capital city will be adorned with street lights to give the state pride of place it deserves.

Lol.

It is the same CRAZE since 2013 to make Okigwe and Orlu return to pre-civil war village status by this govt. Okorocha does not remember anymore that places exist in Imo state outside Owerri.

When Imo state was created in 1976, there were little or no differences in level of urbanization between the three towns - Owerri, Orlu and Okigwe.
In a recent video, Okorocha called Orlu and Okigwe rural areas.

In 2012 IMSU relocation met stiff opposition which made the Governor convert the site to a different University. This is the state of the New University as at 3 months ago. Owerri market will surely close for good of everyone while a new mall befitting of a city center probably called Ekeukwu Mall gets it replaced. Thats my dream for every city in Nigeria. We need to upgrade from the normal.
Early this year the day Gov. Okorocha received License for Eastern Palm University in Ideato South lga, he said it had taken him 12 years dream to have Eastern Palm University to come to reality.

Fow now, no matter the Public-Private Enterprise tag which IMSG attaches to Eastern Palm University, it shall sooner or later become a Private University of Rochas Foundation.
1;
So what has IMSUTH Orlu which has been deeply developed in its present site and has been most viable before Okorocha abandoned the roads leading to IMSUTH, got to do with Eastern Palm University which shall soon become a PRIVATE enterprise?
2;
If Okorocha government was not able to relocate IMSU to wherever in 2012, (there was no true intention to relocate IMSU from Owerri then to elsewhere), is it now that the atmosphere is overcharged that IMSG can afford to remove IMSU from Owerri? And to where?

But you can't easily say goodbye to Buhari in 2019, all things considered equal till then.

All Buhari needs to win re-election is 25% votes from 24 states. He can easily get four states from southern Nigeria.

Nigeria's rigged political structure guarantees Buhari to win even a Bill Clinton or Barack Obama from southern Nigeria

Nigeria's rogue political structure with 20 new states in one northern Nigeria is the instrument created to have northern political class determine who can be what and what can be where in Nigeria.

WORSE: most of southern people don't understand that land mass is never used as criterion to create new states or provinces in a federal country.

So Arewa still sustsins and protects the hugely fraudulent political structure created by Arewa soldiers to maintain Arewa domination of Nigeria.

"The committee (Speaker Acho Ihim-led Committee) was also charged to reconsider the location of the Imo State University Teaching Hospital (IMSUTH) and its viability in Orlu and the location of the main campus of the University in the State Capital, with the committee expected to find out whether IMSUTH won’t be more useful to our people if located in Owerri.

And whether it is not more advisable to take the main campus of IMSU to a more serene location suitable for university education and where it would have the opportunity of expanding as time goes on. The committee has been given three weeks to submit its report."

Erudite lawyer, Prof. Ben Nwabueze doesn't open his mouth for nothing.

Igbo Abuja and Lagos landlords who don't think about the future of their offspring in one Nigeria literally colonized by Fulani must take note of what Nwabueze is saying. It's real.

Since soldiers from northern Nigeria restructured Nigeria politically and proliferated undue large number of states in once one northern region of Nigeria, Nigeria became a country colonized by Fulani who leaves no stones untouched as it expands its brand of Islam.

Wow.
Okorocha has opened another battle field against Imo state; this time for the sake of his private Eastern Palm University in Ogboko, Ideato South Local gov area.

This time to transfer IMSUTH from Orlu to Owerri. Gov. Okorocha is going nuclear with enlargement of his business empire through the instruments of IMSG.

But if this kangaroo committee recommends that a well-developed IMSUTH be moved from Orlu, at the long run, Imo state shall lose IMSUTH becos no governor can build IMSUTH elsewhere. IMSUTH is most viable where it is and established by law.

In under-developed countries, including Nigeria, it's women, instead of men, that are responsible for childless marriages in lots of such cases.

But lots of cases are wrongly attributed to low sperm count by quacks in the medical profession that are too many in such countries.
FamilyRe: Should I Marry A Man With A Low Sperm Count? by mandax: 11:21pm On Oct 05, 2016
Yes.
Low sperm count is no reason to leave the man if you truly love him.

All that your eggs need is just one of the millions of sperm he ejaculates to make you pregnant.

If he is unable to impregnate you, all that is needed is a medic collecting his sperm - which can easily be collected - and inject them into your fallopian tubes to fertilize your egg.

Once upon a time,a very wicked ruler wanted new ways to divert the kingdom's wealth to his wife so he deviced a mischevious plan.
He called on his trusted aides and assistants and gave them about N150million to go and find some youths and buy some weapons so that they will claim to be repentant militants. His aides collected the money and promised to do his bidding.
The wicked ruler called all the people and the security chiefs to witness the repentance of the militants with sophiscated weapons. But alas,the aides turned up with old hunters with Dane and outdated guns and the ruler was sore vexed. He was thoroughly embarrassed that he sacked the aides the next morning.
He thereafter released more money and they got some youths and the guns he desired. They acted as repentant militants and with this he set up an amnesty group and thereafter started releasing all the money needed to his wife as hr had planned.
The end.

BusinessRe: Dangote: Even If FG Wants To Sell NLNG On Credit, I Am Not Interested by mandax: 7:38am On Oct 05, 2016
Vicadonis:
Aliko Dangote, president of of Dangote Group, says if the federal government offers to sell the Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) to him on credit, he is not interested.

Reacting to the criticisms that have trailed his advocacy for the sale of national assets, Dangote told THISDAY that his proposal was borne out of the desire to see Nigeria get out of the current economic recession.

In an interview with CNBC Africa, the billionaire had said the government would be able to raise between $12 billion and $15 billion from the sale of the company.

“If I had challenges in my company, I would not hesitate to sell assets, to remain afloat, to get to the better times, because it doesn’t make any sense for me to keep any assets and then suffocate the whole organisation,” he had said.

“The African finance corporation; it can fetch them $800million easily. My own suggestion before was that they should even sell 100 percent of NLNG. I don’t think government should be in any business of investing in sectors of LNG.

“A company like that, with earnings of $1.5 billion on the average, they should get anywhere between $12 billion and $15 billion.”

The comment had generated reactions, with some saying the billionaire was interested in buying the company.

But Dangote waved aside the criticisms, saying he offered the suggestions as “a true Nigerian who really wants the issues about the economy to be sorted out”.

“You know the issue, once your reserves are low, the banks, entrepreneurs, including external forces, would definitely attack your currency. They would speculate on your currency,” he said.

“We all know that the exchange rate of almost N500 to the dollar is not a true reflection of the value of the currency – the naira cannot be almost N500 to the dollar!

“But you see, if this thing is not handled properly, it can get out of hand. It can get to N600 to the dollar, or even N700 to the dollar.

“But the issue is, why did I suggest that we should sell some of the assets? I know the touchy one is the NLNG. I want to make it categorically clear that even if the government is selling NLNG on credit, I am not interested in buying.

“I don’t have any interest in NLNG and I will not buy it. It is not a business that I want to invest in. It is a mature business; that is what people don’t understand.

“You see, we should have invested heavily in all these Brass LNG, Olokola LNG, etc, when former President Olusegun Obasanjo started work on the projects, but we missed the opportunity.

“Today, you have massive LNG projects that have been done by Qatar, Australia and the United States is also exporting. But right now, all the gas that we have is even in the ground. Even Mozambique has a massive amount of gas and also Tanzania, and they are nearer to the markets than we are.

“So, if somebody is even going to invest in LNG, he would go to those areas and invest there and not here in Nigeria, because the investment here is daunting. So my own suggestion is that even if we must sell, it doesn’t have to be 100 per cent of our interest in NLNG.”
