Uncle please I just want to plead with u to get your semen analysis before your wife goes for the HSG cos of the pain and discomfort of the procedure. I knw most men don't like the whole sfa test thing but its important to rule out male factor before considering other investigations for the woman. Thanks for being very supportive to your wife, I pray your testimony comes in a hurry!

I just want to encourage us that delay is not denial, no woman is barren and one day very soon, we too will share our own bfp testimony. @mumihaja the drug is very expensive and it's in such a tiny bottle, used it when I had OHSS and only used 2 of the tiny tablets only for it to expire last 2 months, I was so upset cos Id av preferred to give it out than have it waste. Anywho, why not take the dog to the vet instead of cabergolin, they may have something cheaper n effective. Wish u all the best, I love dogs too but mine is a Lhasa breed

@ Udoomama welcome to our e family dear. I don't have any knowledge with what you are experiencing but I'm sure other mama's will throw more light soon. I personally think clomid isn't the best option with absent periods to avoid functional cysts. Just please take it easy, everything will be fine in the end by the grace of God

@tsquaure I'm sorry you are feeling this way but try not to beat yourself too much about it cos everything will be fine after the treatment. I advice you start the treatment asap, preferably intravenously like u mentioned then let DH also be treated too to avoid any reoccurrence. Most times we treat just ourselves cos men hardly display symptoms unlike us even though there's some infection in their system. It is well, cheer up dear, you will conquer this *hugs*

@Chioma try checking a big pharmacy u should be able to get it. If u don't u can take Duphaston for 10days at the same time each day, it works just like provera.

@rejoice03 hope you doing great. In my opinion I think DH's swimmers are perfectly ok. I know anything above 15 for cd21 progesterone draw shows youve ovulated but i dint know it could get this high so maybe you are a potential mama of quads lol. Please experienced mamas in the house this sister needs ur input.

@Jadelle (I like ur name) you are welcome and I'm wishing you a short stay here by Gods grace. I'm sure other mama's will be able to share their experiences with you soon. Have you considered seeing another doctor since your DH's doctor hasn't really helped the count? Il share my brothers testimony with u, he found out his swimmers were very low during medical investigations as they too were TTC. One ridiculous percentage like that were alive n that the rest were dead. We all joined our faith with them n he started taking tablets n injections n after like 4 months test showed very minimal improvement. He then heard one of these herbal med, bought it n continued praying n God healed him! The doc was amazed n said his swimmers are above average. Bottom line is whatever you end up trying always back it up with prayers and by His grace you too will have a testimony.

@rejoice03 sorry about the miscarriage, I knw how it hurts coz iv been there too but God will restore! Just wondering are your cycles regular, do you knw if you ovulate, did you do an HSG anytime probably after the mc, DH's swimmers perfecto? These are the basic physical factors so I'm sure we can take it from there and have some mamas throw more light. Some ladies bodies need just a little push and bam it happens but if your like me that has tried it ALL then I'd say just keep asking the Master and He will show up for you. I'm taking folic acid and recently added Vit. E. Sending tons of fertility blessings your way.

I know iv been MIA iv just been following silently and believing with every mama here still in the waiting room. TTC is a very hard rough road but one day surely we will breakthrough and have our own bundles of joy.

@mumihaja anytime you want to sleep just annoint yourself and pray that any spirit man that wants to defile your seed should be consumed by fire. Me sef I don think that mfm deliverance before so now that it's been mentioned I'd try to act on it. Cos this thing isn't ordinary.

As for me my doctor said its ok to start trying actively now cos my womb has healed from the surgery and so on my 4th year anniversary which was in February I had an IUI with so many nice looking follicles. My doc was even teasing me I could end up with triplets. Sadly it dint work as AF started 3days ago. I was broken (I still am a bit) but like David I encourage myself in the Lord.

Let God Arise and let ALL our enemies be scattered without remedy!!! We just need to keep praying, believing and asking God for His unfailing mercy. God will answer us.

@chicalasweet and omankem it is well... I know how dissapointing this must feel cos iv also been there before. My advice will be to get an evacuation instead of waiting to miscarry on your own. It's too painful, scary n emotional to watch yourself pass out so much blood and the sac. Most times after a natural miscarriage they still do a clean up cos of products of conception still left so u still go through what you were scared of. It is well, God will cause ur womb to recover. A friend of mine dint get her next period after a miscarriage cos she conceived immediately, May that be your testimony in Jesus name, amen.

My doctor said I could start trying after the 2nd period but the waiting na die, iv had 1 period and I play football match yesterday , if e happen e happen, I no dey for sidon look

Please just a quick question, my cycles are long and irregular and I don't think I ovulate often. So I'm thinking of starting either vitex or fertilaid to help regulate things while I wait to heal completely from the mymectomy. So what do you advice I buy Vitex or Fertilaid? Thanks for your responses.
@fruitfulchristy I dont know the cause but do you use ovulation strips to know if you ovulated? The ewcm is a sign of ovulation but sometimes some women get watery cm which is also fertile. If its totally not there then increase your water intake and maybe you could give fertile cm a try, I'v read some good comments about it but haven't tried it myself. All the best hun.

@mummyesther I just wanted to give you a hug! I know this is your low time and all you feel is pain and I know you don't want a divorce, that's why you came here to say it in the first place. You just need someone who understands and we all do. It's not an easy road and being faced with all these medical trash doesn't make it any easier but I believe that as long as you have life IT IS POSSIBLE! There is hope, you can conceive and you will because that's what God has promised! Don't walk away from a home youv built, take it one day at a time, seek medical assistance and try saving towards possible treatment. In the midst of this whole phase, never let your hope die. We love you and pray this whole phase ends quickly #Hugs#

@mumihaja I join my faith with yours cos God honours the little steps of faith we take. The month I got pregnant I kept having dreams of telling people I was pregnant and I started speaking it in reality. So my dear all those designers acne na sign of your baby snuggling in by the grace of God! Like you said, you may not know how but it will end in praise!

@Gazelle510 you r welcome! I'm sorry youv had to go through all this struggle. I have never heard of doing surgery for retroverted uterus or reoccurring miscarriages. Can i ask, do you have fibroids? I think you should register with a hospital that has a gynea/ RE that specialises in caring for high risk pregnancies. A cerclage and pelvic rest (bed rest) and some medication is what I know to be ideal for cases like this not surgery. I think you should seek another opinion but surgery is way too extreme if the cause is nothing related to uterine fibroids. Your body has already gone through a lot and I pray you get through this quickly. Take it easy Hun, we're here for you *hugs*

@All please if your doctor has told you you have fibroids please don't take clomid cos it makes fibroids grow... Try taking natural supplements to help with your hormones cos they really do help, I know a friend who hadn't finished her bottle of fertilaid and got pregnant after 2years of ttc. Clomid on the other hand messed my cycles up, made me temperamental, dried up my cm, made me have long cycles, and yet no bfp. It even thins out the uterine lining after prolonged use. Id suggest trying things less complex on your system before going on to clomid n then with monitoring from ur gynea. Sending baby dust to everyone.

Good morning all and happy new month!
I don't know if anyone recalled me saying I was scheduled for HSG about 2 weeks ago, the results showed that both Fallopian tubes were not opacified as the dye dint even go through. My gynea adviced I take out the submucous fibroid because he strongly felt that's what had blocked the 2 tubes.

I just want to use this medium in thanking God for a successful surgery on Friday and I'm recovering fast by His grace. They removed a 6cm fibroid from inside my womb and did a dye test during the surgery and both my tubes are open. All glory be to my father in heaven.

@AppleofGod I know it's a very tough decision but get opinions from other fertility doctors and if they all think it's the cause of your delay I'd encourage you to prayerfully remove it. I was told to remove it last year December but because I was scared see how much time I wasted....

@mumilaw I'm sorry ttc has taken a toll on you and to get such report from the doctor can be very depressing but thank God there is hope! The fibroid can be as a result of the blocked tubes depending on the location, do you know the exact location of your fibroid? Fibroids can affect your fertility especially if they are submucous (inside the uterus) which often cause heavy bleeding with clots. Other types of fibroids like Intramural (within the muscle wall)and subserousal give less symptoms and are less likely to affect your fertility.

I also have been married for almost four years and I understand exactly how you feel but like I said there is hope cos God says we are joyful mothers of children. I advice you see your doctor and ask his opinion about the fibroid and seek another opinion (I don't advice 1 doctor in cases like this). If your fibroid is in a delicate place do something about it before conception to avoid complications. Some people have talked about shrinking but I don't knw how that works or in really drastic cases a mymectomy which is surgery to remove it. Whatever you decide know in your heart that this too shall pass, all the pains will end when you carry those miracles in your womb and later in your hands.

@CoolOne1 I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. May the God of all comfort strengthen you and you DH. Don't have any advice on preeclampsia just wanted to send in my support but I'm sure other mamas will have some tips. God bless

@twintower it is well, it is a fact that he doesn't have sperm like the doctors report says but it is not the truth! The truth is only what God says and that is your husband is a father to nations! Let God be true and everyone one else a liar!!! I'm so vexed in my spirit what a manipulation. Thank God for medical intervention but our eyes are fixed only on Him who can perform this miracle. See your doctor and ask about extracting the semen from him, let him have that one tested before he concludes and advices donor sperm. But my dear no matter what please handle this thing spiritually, this is a manipulation I can tell you.

@Dasha my babe it is well with you! People have poured out words of wisdom regarding your question, Im not against it if you have that conviction in your spirit to go ahead with it. I'd say still give it a little time probably a few more months, think through it and do some more research but in this time hold on and intensify in your prayers and I believe God will surprise you. I once contemplated this step but i kon say God, after all these years when I wait another woman go kon help me carry my pikin? She go kon dey bend neck for me say she get morning sickness so that me n my husband go pamper her? Wait oh, I go kon flat then I go dey buy maternity dress for another woman? As for me, Im scheduled for HSG tomorrow (shinning eye and shakky at same time) I have put it in the hands of God and believe all is well.
