The situation exposes a significant imbalance in governance and priorities. While some politicians enrich themselves within just a few years of service and secure lavish pensions, long-serving civil servants receive inadequate wages and little to no retirement support. This disparity underscores the need for comprehensive reforms and measures to ensure fairness and accountability in public service compensation. |

There is nothing investigative about the documentary, all I see here is a concocted charades put together by a charlatan posting as an investigator, the following are my reasons: * The man being interviewed is an illiterate hustler who see nothing wrong in entertaining his passenger with some of the beer parlour gist circulating in the Area. * The journalist failed to back up any of his assertion with any reasonable evidence * The video only showed the journey of a supposed journalist that traveled to pick up few bag of rice from one warehouse and brought it to another warehouse in a near by village, nothing more, no evidence that. Import duties were not paid on those goods. * The video showing the man I identified as IBD dende having issue with a custom officer is different from the smuggling excursion's video. There is no link between the two. * There is nowhere in the video where it was mentioned that the IBD was having issues with the NCS officer because of his seized goods , whether rice or guns . The narratives was introduced by the narrator in the documentary without any visual evidence. * * * |
Why is the guy in the middle squeezing and releasing his fingers as if to say " hurry up! I've had enough of this . The handlers of the president needs to up their game, it's not every events or activities the president have to attend in person. He could probably be ably represented @ events like this, the man is not growing younger for God sake. |

Winterhaven:" by their fruits we shall know them " so say the bible, it's either you're one of the guys sleeping around with married women or you're a cheating wife impersonating male gender on this forum, the messages touches you on right spot, Pele! |
The problem is not about fasting and prayers , it's about local and international government policies; the sudden removal of subsidy on petroleum pushed the cost of transport fares up and the economy sanctions on Niger Republic coup junta added salt to the injury because majority of the supplies of grains food stuffs in Nigeria are from the northern part who are mostly ethno related to the people of Niger Republic, they're smuggling large barges of food stuff and other essential commodities into the country from our very porous land borders on daily basis, it's more profitable to carry goods and food stuffs to sell in Niger and bring the money to Nigeria then repeat the cycle, this is so because of the continue fall in value of naira against the dollar and by extension other related currencies. The demands is far more than the supplies definitely price will go up and this will extend the bandwagon effect to other commodities... , The solutions iare intensive and massive investment in agriculture to expand productions, reductions in the smuggling activities of food stuff out of the country especially to the sanctioned countries , cushioning the effects of the subsidy removal's shocks and probably return of the policy of dual exchange rates to stabilize the naira. |
I now understand why NLC is demanding for $300 (#400,000) as the minimum wages,to be fair to them, their demand is justified with what we are seeing now. |
I don't understand something clearly, is there any written law in Nigeria that made it mandatory for a man to be the sole provider for his children upkeep? What happened to the baby mama getting something to do so as to pick part of the bills? , Sending this man to prison will even make the matter worse as he may loose his job or the valuable business time if he is a business man. . |
EreluRoz:you mean the mother of mohbad is now doubting the paternity claim of mohbad's father? |
After the incident at the Garden of Eden, even God dey fear this gender thereafter because he knew there is no bad thing they are not capable of doing. if you ever trust them, you're on your own. |

ednut1:it's high time NLC begin to discuss with the FGN on the modality of hourly payments for Nigeria work force, it's going to safe alot of things and protect the interest of the workers. |
There is a dangerous recurring pattern in the political landscape of this country with cycles of discontent, opposition tactics, and character attacks against sitting presidents. Such patterns can indeed contribute to a divisive political climate that may do no good for anyone in the country. The pattern has always been the same, right from the time of OBJ. Some disgruntled elements that lost out in the game of politics and politicking will bring chaos and agony to the land. They created suitable narratives to maligned the person in power and sell the dummy to the citizenry. The next thing, people will start the unending barrage of insults against the president. The ethnic affiliation of whoever is in power rallies support for their own, and it becomes a game of "WE against THEM." As days, months, and years pass by, the game becomes intensified until the presidential personality is either harassed, cowed, intimidated, or outrightly frustrated out of the office. Then, we move to another president with different ethnic affiliates. In no time, the circle of disgruntled elements regroups and deploys the same pattern of attacks to discredit and disgrace the office holder out of the office. They have employed all sorts of words and phrases to do this the following easily comes to mind : **clueless* , *senseless* ,* *baba* *go slow* , *inactive president* , *fulanisation* , *drunkard* , *1000* *trained snipers* , *Islamization* ,. *Christianization*, *making the country* *ungovernable* ..., *Boko Haram are* *freedom fighters* , *bandits are not* *terrorists* , *agbado* *miscreants* , * jubril of Sudan clone and recently the narrative that the government is causing chaos in *FCT* to make excuses for moving back the federal capital to Lagos. One thing that is clearly observable is the messages and the pattern of deployment. If the tenure of this administration expires and a new president is sworn into power, the evil politics of bitterness will still come into play, and the cycle continues. |
May God help this country and grant us ever lasting peace |
EvangelistChuks:una don start again with unbiblical preaching ,..., This is a clear case of unoticed bipolar disorder , oga preacher, prophet Elijah was in a situation like this read 1 king 19 :4 and ask yourself what Jesus Christ would have advise in a situation like this .. read Mathew 11:28 not everything is about sin or one funny spirit of heaviness ,Elijah had been so busy attending to the needs of others that he'd neglected self-care. So, God gave him a vacation where he could get physically and emotionally recharged. When we used up our emotional and physical energy in attending to other people needs without paying adequate attention to our personal needs, we become exhausted, which could leads to depression. Depression is the fastest route to suicide or suicidal thoughts . |
That's the spirit believed in yourself and confess it and so shall it be !! |

oluyemi123:I agreed there is a delay in payment but the explanation of the spoke man for the AG i suffice to calm down the nerves of any worker thinking that the award may not be paid , My major point here is that: where there two sides to a story both sides ought to be examine critically before forming an opinion on the matter. |
