Good day Nairalanders. A very depressed soul needs your advise to make an important decision. This is going to be a long post, i apologize for the stress. Bear with me.

I have been with my girlfriend for close to a year now. Everything was good at the beginning as usual with our little fights here and there. I have my own fault as i tend to flare up easily and she does has hers too. She's usually very rude and she shouts a lot even when we are having a little misunderstanding in public. We both agreed we were going to work on these flaws to make everything go smooth and i tell you I've always tried my best in that aspect.

But recently my girlfriend has been acting funny. She doesn't call frequently and she prefers to chat most times. Although this is an issue that i encountered at the early stages of our relationship because she said that's how she is so i tried my best to cope with it even though i wasn't sitting well with it. However, things have changed drastically to the extent that she doesn't even call at all or check up on me on social media.

There was a time i called her like five times(I usually call only twice and if you're not picking i chill and wait for a call back), because i wanted her to pick up but she didn't. Instead she sent me a "hi" message on whatsapp without an explanation for why she didn't pick my call.

Also, she doesn't pay attention to me when we are in a conversation. She fixes her interest on other things like her phone, the television or just staring at the ceiling like I'm a bore to her.

So all these made me to think deep and ask what may have been wrong. I wanted to conclude that she was getting tired of the relationship but I said let me ask her first maybe it was my fault. I know that sometimes I can be controlling and authoritative but it's not my fault sometimes because she does anyhow when left to do her things alone. It's like she wants me to always tell her what to do. But when i do, it's a problem.

So when I asked her she told me everything that she was not tired but I was putting pressure on her. I promised to stop pressurising her and I also asked her to change from her behaviour and become who she once was and we agreed.

Last week, on a Wednesday morning I woke up to her message on whatsapp and I replied without getting any reply till like 12 so I decided to call her. She told me that she was eating and she would call me when she was done. After an hour she hadn't called and i called again and she told me that she was sorry that she was watching a movie.

I got angry and complained to her, but instead she was rude (as she usually is) and started raising her voice. She said what had happened is in the past and she cannot do anything about it then she hung up.

I'm fed up. I don't know if there's any other guy although I've noticed some shady behaviors of hers but they aren't concrete enough. This is not the kind of relationship i want because it's obvious that we are on a different perspective. I don't bug my girl or attach myself to her, but I also feel that the right things should be done in the right measure.

It's been a week now and she hasn't called or sent a message even on Christmas Day. I want to call her now and break up, but I'm confused cos I still lover her. She has her good side which is rare in most girls.

Sorry for the long post once again. Please help with your contributions.

I am a power systems technician since 2002 with vast experience in Renewable Energy and International and Local procurement on Best Quality and Friendly Price.

1- Always let the prospective client know you wont give a full detailed helpful information as consultation demands payment for your professional service to be rendered.

2- The client should come to your office if really ready for business provided in the same close region but if both of you are in remote regions.

3- The client should be faithful enough to divulge if he or she is truly ready because after much precious time alotted to help will eventually waste your resources by negative feedback subtly.

4- From Inception before you engage into much wasted energy, precious time to be wasted, as as to know if client is serious or not, Ask exact or range budget to know if it is worth it to proceed with the brief or short consulting / procurement service or not, but mind you , most are always smart and will eventually deceive you.

5 - Lastly, so as not to be self-centered, clients also need not make payment to any individual but a business bank account provided with full detailed invoice of service or product to be rendered after he or she is satisfied with prospective consultant.

These are my approach all the time.

An American woman named Deborah Hendrickson has accused her Nigerian husband, Inyang Obaten Ettah, aka Tony Ettah of scamming and dumping her after using her to get a Green card.

According to Deborah Hendrickson, she filed (online) a fraud case immediately against Tony after he admitted using her and told her she caused it. That he absconded because she kept telling him she senses he was using her and her words 'caused' it to happen.

Deborah is now threatening to report Tony to Donald Trump so she'll get justice. Read her story below:

I don't know where to start . . . I guess I'll start with meeting Inyang Obaten Ettah, AKA Tony Ettah back in June 2010, we met through a friend of mine named, Charles. I've
been visiting Nigeria since 2008, had an NGO there (Open Arms International) that never really got started, I know lots of people in Nigeria, Rich & Poor. I thought I was savvy when it came to the Romance Scammers, the 419ers, but, I was not prepared for how Inyang Obaten Ettah PLAYED ME, yes, I did inquire about Inyang via Charles, Charles vouched for Inyang's authenticity (so HE THOUGHT) because Charles knew Inyang for 10 years (at that time - June 2010), there is where it began.

As Inyang and I began conversing, we discussed the difference in Age and the fact that I could not have any children, Inyang response was "it doesn't matter because God said you are my Wife and I had made up in my mind that however God sent my wife, that is how I would ACCEPT her." He shared with me how many women in his church (Faith Tabernacle AKA Winners, David Oyedepo is Pastor) cannot have children, and some are even older than their husbands, but, they still married and are still married today (was referring up to that moment he made that statement). He even shared how his Auntie is in the exact situation (no Child(ren), yet she and her husband are STILL TOGETHER (at that time August 2010).

Time went on, Inyang then asked that I come to Nigeria to visit him, by that time he had CONVINCED me that he was AUTHENTIC and SINCERE - HE WASN'T.

Anyway, I visited Inyang December 2010 (6 months after officially meeting). I was in Nigeria for 21 days, the entire time Inyang was the Perfect Host, he took me everywhere, introduced me to EVERYONE, family, friends, enemies, church associates, he even took me to church at Winners' Chapel, Canaan Land, Ota Nigeria; Inyang was so active at Winners, he volunteered as Security (Bus & Church), he pretty much, so I THOUGHT lived in church, always talking about God (to me), he told me how he attended Pre-Marital classes at Winners because he wanted to Prepare to be an EXCELLENT HUSBAND to ME, he had me FOOLED, he was the World's Greatest Pretender.

While in Nigeria Inyang proposed to me (December 21, 2010) during my Launch Party of Royal Entertainment Nigeria, I accepted his Proposal because I was convinced he was AUTHENTIC! He did not perform in the typical way that of a Romance Scammer or Yahoo Boi, as stated, he introduced me to EVERYONE, took me EVERYWHERE, etc. After the proposal, eight months later I returned to Nigeria and we were married 8 months later (August 12, 2011). What I thought that was going to be a Marriage, turned out to be MARRIAGE FRAUD!

I submitted Inyang's Immigration paperwork to USCIS December 12, 2011, the first process was was Approved May 2012, his Interview in Lagos was October 30, 2012 and his Visa was issued, the entire process from submission to Approval was 10 months, Inyang even used that quick process to say "the Lord Caused it to happen because it is HIS WILL because I'm his Wife." LIAR!
Inyang arrived in the U.S. November 21, 2012 and that's when HE CHANGED - IMMEDIATELY! He was no longer the loving speaking, affectionate man I visited December 2012, his excuse was "he's in a new place, give him time to adjust." In the meanwhile I did my part as his wife. I later learned that Inyang never attended school in Nigeria when I took him to our local college (Danville Community College) to enroll, I was upset because Inyang TOLD ME he was college educated (in Nigeria), Education means a lot to me and I only aligned myself with college educated men, so, he could not enroll. he was advised to enroll in the Adult Education program, which he did, but was unable to do the work so he stopped attending.

He applied for a job at a Company name EBI in Danville, VA (June 6, 2013) and was terminated (July 4, 2013) due to violation of company code by using profane language and misconduct, thereafter Inyang obtained a job at Ebay through Adecco a Temporary Employment Agency, he didn't keep that job and was released approximately 4 weeks later (those dates elude me). Thereafter Inyang could not find employment in Danville, VA, it was a strain on the marriage.
By April 2014 a friend of mine, Amos Ajo conference with Inyang and I to discuss Inyang moving to Atlanta, Georgia to work for him, the plan was for Inyang to move, get established, and I to follow no less than 6 months later - that NEVER HAPPENED! Inyang officially moved to Atlanta April 14, 2014, and Mr. Ajo did as promised, gave Inyang a job, Inyang and I talked everyday, he visited me periodically in Danville, VA; when I visited Inyang in Atlanta, he was always too busy to be with me, always said "he was working," causing my trip to be wasted. As time went on I noticed I was not hearing from Inyang, his excuse was always "he's working," yet he NEVER SENT ANY MONEY TO ME FOR the HOUSEHOLD in Danville, his excuse was "he had to pay for expenses where he was staying," Mr. Ajo arranged temporary lodging for Inyang at 3502 Adkins Road, Atlanta, GA 30331 where he shared space with Mr. Gabriel Owolabi, a friend of Mr. Ajo.

I didn't notice until AFTERWARDS that Inyang played Me, what I mean by that is, from April 14, 2014 to July 2014 I barely heard from Inyang. By August 2014 he began calling regularly, his excuse was, he got a new Job working at a company named United Distributors Inc., 5500 United Dr. SE, Smyrna, GA 30082, 678.305.2000 and was flexible and could now talk when at work. By September 2014 Inyang did a surprise visited, I realized AFTERWARD that it was because the I-751-Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence Arrived, Inyang gathered all documents, and the form was Signed by me. I remained consumed with the preparation of opening my Christian Venue, Debs Gospel Cafe in Danville, VA, which opened November 2014. Inyang did another surprised visit for Thanksgiving 2014.
Thereafter it went back to him not calling. I visited Inyang in Atlanta, GA March 14, 2015 after the last seeing him since November 2014, that visit did not turn out to be good, Inyang complained that I could not stay with him at 3502 Adkins Road, Atlanta, GA 30331 because there "was no place for me to sleep," so, I rented a Motel at the Super 8 in Stockbridge, GA, Inyang spent 1 night with me then left me at the hotel, not hearing from him again, he said he had to "go home to wash clothes." I left Georgia devastated!



My daughter married March 24, 2015, to appease me from his doing me wrong a week later he attended her wedding, he was very cold, everyone around noticed his negative attitude towards me and quickly voices their opinion. March 26, 2015 was the LAST TIME I SAW INYANG. Inyang kept in touch, each time asking me "did his Permanent Green Card arrive," he said he needed it because his job was in jeapordy and now that his finances was getting better better, he needed to keep his job at United Distributors, Inc. so he can begin sending me money - EVENTUALLY, HE NEVER SENT A DIME! Finally, May 1, 2015 his Permanent Resident Card arrived, I mailed it to him because he expressed the urgency of it to show his Employer.

Once Inyang received his Permanent Resident card, he BLOCKED ME from ALL Social Network, MOVED to 1121 Ridgebrook Trail, Duluth, GA 30096, and changed his Job (unknown to me now). Because Inyang refused to give me the necessary job information (while at United Distributors, Inc.) I was unable to apply and received Healthcare, Inyang filed his 2014 Income Tax but I have no clue under what Status, he did tell me that he filed SINGLE for 2015, and we were still married. Inyang changed his Driver's License from Virgina #T60274200 to Georgia Driver's License 059553398, he then moved his phone 434.203.5226 from my AT&T Family Plan to his own.
Inyang has severed ALL TIES WITH ME, as soon as he RECEIVED HIS PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD, to me, showing MARRIAGE FRAUD, IF he was serious about our Marriage, we would still be together.

Inyang has told many lies on me, saying, I threw water in his face, hit him, etc., I KNOW his Nigerian friends put him up to saying that, because IF I'd done those things, that's considered ABUSE and he could have called Danville Local Police and file charges against me, but, IT NEVER HAPPENED. He must make me look like the bad guy when all I ever did was love him.
His plan was for us to REMAIN married so he can file for Citizenship in 5 years, because by now I figured out he USED ME for MARRIAGE FRAUD, he knew I would not submit the necessary paperwork for citizenship, he told me he could still do it in 5 years and that I could not STOP HIM FROM BECOMING A CITIZEN. Though it's MY WORD AGAINST HIS, all I have is HIS ACTIONS, He ADMITTED TO ME THAT he USED ME, and that I CAUSED IT BECAUSE I KEPT TELLING HIM THAT I SENSE HE WAS USING ME AND MY "WORDS" CAUSED IT TO HAPPEN (Him using me). When Inyang made that statement I immediately filed (online) a Fraud Case.





I divorced Inyang August 2016, he gladly signed the Papers because he has a Fiancee, who he's probably married to by now, offering him the opportunity to now file for citizenship.
I have been told that USCIS WILL DO NOTHING, because Inyang has not committed a Crime, YES HE HAS, He COMMITTED MARRIAGE FRAUD! That's a Federal Crime. I've since learned (by people who know him) that he has a Shipping Company, he ships cars to Nigeria, and he has a Clothing Line Winners Clothes, he makes his money and sends it back to Nigeria, Inyang once told me that America is the Land of Opportunity and how he WILL RAPE this Country of their dollars and take advantage of All Opportunities, and he's doing it.


I am a FIGHTER, I know of 15 Women who has Married Nigerian men and the men used them for Green Card Purposes and they "think" nothing can be done, I want to show them that, YES, SOMETHING CAN BE DONE! YES! they can be DEPORTED for Immigration Marriage Fraud.
I will sound the Alarm, Once Trump is in Office I will contact him and tell him my Story, I'm almost sure I will get RESULTS! Inyang should not have played with my life, I am a Good, Christian Woman Who Believes in Doing Right - all The Time. The Kano State Hisbah Board arrested 226 beggars for allegedly violating the law banning street begging along the major streets of the state capital in November, an official said on Wednesday.

The officer in charge of the Anti-begging Unit of the board, Malam Musa Sangaya, in Kano said that 119 of the 226 beggars were children, while 107 were adult.He said, “Our men arrested 226 street beggars around Bata, Naibawa, Nassarawa hospital and Yankaba areas for violating the law banning street begging in Kano metropolis.

“Out of the 226 beggars, 107 are adult (both male and female), while 119 are children who engaged in begging in places like traffic junctions and restaurants.”

He stated that 98 of the arrested beggars hail from Kano city, while eight are from Bichi, Rano and Gezawa local government areas of the state.

According to him, the remaining 120 are from neighbouring Cameroon and Niger, among others.

Sangaya said six of them had been taken to court, while others who were first offenders, were taken to their various local government areas.

I read the proposed bill sponsored by Rep Gyang Dung (PDP-Plateau) and eight others seeking to alter sections 6, 84, 185, 240, 246, 247, 288, 289, 292 and 318 of the principal Act, in order to established an Ecclesiastical court that will abjudicate on issues that bothers on "Christian law".

I shook my head while reading the news because I found it laughable that our legislators will abandon important subjects that bothers on the economy, education, political and environmental sectors, but instead they sat down to discuss an irrelevant bill that is needless, useless and has no single impact on the lives of the average Nigeria citizen.

Do we even need a "Christian court"? For what purpose? Is there any central Christian law in the first instance? Is this a ploy to expedite the passage of the Sharia Court of Appeal bill that is before the House? What exactly is the motive of the promoters and the House? All these questions popped out of my recession-hit head while I was reading the report. These I shall try my best to address in this piece.



1. Do Christians Need Ecclesiastical Court?
If we take a look at the Bible carefully in the book of I Corinthians 6:1-10, Apostle Paul warned believers never to take their brothers to law court(irrespective of nomenclature) to settle religious disputes.The Lord Jesus Christ in his teaching laid out how disputes should be settled among believers of the Christian faith in Matthew 18:15-17, a procedure that is very simple and direct.

According to Christ, if a brother offends another, the offended brother should approach the one that offended him to settle the disputes as brothers (Matthew 18:15), if he refuses to listen, the offended brother should approach leadership of the Church to intervene (Matthew 18:16), and if he refuses to listen to the Church leadership for peaceful resolution, the brother that was offended should let go for God to take control (Matthew 18:17). As simple as that.

In the book of 1 Corinthians 16, Apostle Paul was direct in condemnation of the Corinthian church after he heard that they were suing each other to court. He admonished them to withdraw the cases against brethren that were pending before the court, but instead admonished them to settle among themselves or by involving the elders.

In Christian religion, the Chief Justice is God Almighty, He, through the Holy Spirit directs brethren and elders in handling disputes within the body of Christ. He doesn't give such power to any institution outside the Christian faith, and does not in anyway delegate his power to any secular judicial officer. The so called Ecclesiastical Court is an aberration in Christianity, and is not needed nor wanted in the body of Christ.


2. Is There Any Central Christian Law In The First Instance?
Let us for once consider this question, is there a central Christian law? From all practice, the Christian religion has NO LAW, the Bible however states precepts and commandments that should be obeyed by practicing Christians but they are never considered a law. Unlike precepts and commandments that doesn't prescribe earthly punishment for defaulters, a law prescribe punishment for defaulters.

For instance, the Christian doctrine is against idolatry, but any Christian that engages in the act will not be punished by anybody according to any law. He may be disciplined by his local church in order to restore him to the faith but if he choose to continue, his case will be handed to God while the brethren pray for him to repent.

Besides, even the Christian commandment and precepts has over the years been subjected to different interpretation depending on various assemblies and congregations. Some sect don't believe in the Holy Trinity, while others does; some set see tithing as fraud, some see it as command; to some sect, the Catholics and all those that use images to aid worship are idolaters and not Christians. To some, divorce is a NO, while some others not only see divorce as Biblical but welcomes remarriage. Some believe in Christmas and Easter, while others see it as fraudulent practice of pagans. Need I say more? .

What is central in Christianity is that God will be the judge on the last day, HE will judge all men, Christians and non Christians according to their works, and the Saints will judge the Angels.


3. Status of Christian Association of Nigeria In The Christiandom:
Make no mistake, CAN is not a central body of Christians in Nigeria, neither does it posses a central authority. CAN is only an association of those Christian religious leaders that are part of the association. CAN is not an authority in Christiandom in Nigeria, they are not the Holy Spirit, they CANNOT prescribe any Christian law. In fact, not all churches are part of CAN as an association, not all Christians recognises CAN. To be explicit, Christianity can never be regulated by any government, body, association or group or any person/persons, and should never be. Matters that are Christian in nature must be addressed according to the Christian precept (NOT LAWS), those that are civil in nature could be taken to the civil courts, while those that are criminal in nature be subjected according to the relevant laws in Nigeria.

4. A Ploy To Expedite The Passage Of The Sharia Court Of Appeal Bill?
We may recall that there is a bill before the House of Representative that was sponsored by Honourable Abdulahi Salame representing Gwadabawa/Illela federal constituency, Sokoto State, which seeks to altar Sections 262 and 277 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999, in order to increase the jurisdiction of the Sharia Court of Appeal of the Federal Capital Territory and Sharia Court of Appeal of a State by including Criminal Matters and Hudud and Qisas and for "other related Matters”. This pro-sharia bill was condemned by patriotic Nigerians of diverse faith and creed.

With the coming of the proposed Christian court bill, and if passed, it is safe that it would easily be argued by proponent of the Islamic bill that it is also justifiable for the Islamic bill to be passed by the parliament. Is that the original idea behind this so-called Christian court bill?

Without prejudice to any faith, Nigeria as a country should/must have no business with religious laws. We are secular, and should be. Our customary laws is enough to take care of matters relating to customs and traditions, while civil and criminal laws takes care of civil and criminal matters respectively. Religion is voluntary of those that practice it, the so-called Sharia laws that exist at present across states are competing with sections of our constitution, we wouldn't want more complications through Sharia or Ecclesiastical Court of Appeal at the federal level. If this bill was proposed to appease Christians so as to allow easy passge of Rep Abdulahi Salama Sharia bill, then it is dead on arrival. Nigerians must act and resist both confusionist bills.

I condemned the Sharia bill, I still strongly condemn this proposed Ecclesiastical court bill because the bill serves the interest of nobody except those few members of the elite that will be appointed to chair or be part of such court. It should be emphasised that Christianity is not in competition with Islam or any religion, neither is Christianity the opposite of Islam.

I enjoin members of the National Assembly to look at laws that will positively affect the lives of Nigerians irrespective of religious creed, gender, status or tribe instead of wasting taxpayers monies by sitting in their chambers to discuss irrelevant and confusionist bills like the Sharia and Ecclesiastical courts bills. If our "Honourables" are bored, they should go on indefinite recess and spare the citizens of more troubles. Enough is Enough for the Wise.
