Kobojunkie:
@Poster, did your friend get a good look at the guy? Anyone on the train witness the crime? Were the police called in? Your friend has already been stabbed and that is unfortunate but you can both work to make the stabber's life miserable by making sure you sue him for all he has or pushing to get the maximum sentence he can for the crime, this is assuming he is known.
Even if they catch the guys and send him to Her Majesty's Young Offenders Prison i don't think they'll be locked up for more than two years and during that time they'll have access to Sattelite TV, Playstations Gyms these Prisons are more like holiday camps where these young criminals will meet like minded people to commit more offences when they eventually get out

It's all about being in a position of power over somebody else. That kind of situation is addictive to some men. It's a bit sad, but some people just feel that way.
PoliticsRe: Obasanjo: Leave Electricity Problem To God by manmustwac(m): 8:08pm On Jul 23, 2008
Jakumo:
During his recent stint as Nigeria's Embezzler in Chief, Obasanjo single-handedly diverted and stole 16 Billion US dollars that was designated for the overhaul of Nigeria's dead elecricity generating infrastructure, so it is understandable that Obasanjo would be ecstatic and delighted that such a crime could be committed with absolute impunity, despite the theoretical existence of God.
He was advised by his God that the money would be more beneficial and grow good interest if the doh was diverted overseas
PoliticsRe: Obasanjo: Leave Electricity Problem To God by manmustwac(m): 7:56pm On Jul 23, 2008
If Obasanjo wants us to leave everything to God then what do we need a President for?

Christianity EtcWhen God Leads You To The Edge Of A Cliff by manmustwac(op): 2:52am On Jul 19, 2008
When God leads you to the edge of the cliff, trust Him fully and let go, only 1 of 2 things will happen, either He'll catch you when you fall, or He'll teach you how to fly! 'The power of one sentence! God is going to shift things around for you today and let things work in your favor. God closes doors no man can open & God opens doors no man can close. If you need God to open some doors for you, send this to all your friends including me. , Have a blessed day and remember to be a blessing

PoliticsRe: Who Was The Best President Nigeria Ever/never Had? by manmustwac(m): 1:38am On Jul 19, 2008
Gamine when i first visited Nigeria in 1980 i think 1 pound was 3 naira then bottle coke was 15 kobo mirinda 10 kobo we used to buy chupa chops {lollypop} for 10 kobo and English comics which were 50 kobo.

Things were bam then during my holiday, but if i compare it to Nigeria today. People are suffering there

Babangida and Abacha.

i don't care that they stole

my life was so good back then, no strezzz grin grin grin
maybe your life was better under them but they are not doing 10 kobo for the country. When i visited Nigeria in July 1987 the pound was 1 to 7 naira now its 1 pound to 230 naira. So small small the country was getting worse.
