I don't believe all this screenshots, on 22nd when I contacted him on the refund he told me his account has been ltd and he could not send out payments but from his uploads, he still sent out 6 payments... How come about that ..

What reason did both sellers that refunded the money gave for the refund.

Do you know some ebay sellers just cook up lies to cancel some trasactions like "we out of stock" or our dispatch department is on break when you win an eBay item on bid at a ridiculously cheap price if they don't want to sell for that low rate?.

Nobody is cooking anything ...I didn't write ISSUES on the refund, the seller did.. So what does issues mean? Did you question why 2 different sellers made a refund? So you mean both sellers simultaneously refunded the payment bc of low price? The items that were not bought via bids .

The checkout successfully done. The seller that refunded the money caused his account to be limited. This refunds even affected other funds in the account.

Seems you didnt read my initial post.His source of funds is shady hence the refund from 2 sellers, if he is adamant about keeping his login details for me to confirm, then he should just refund my cash.

I have nothing to hide here. I am still checking out for people till now.

This isn't the first time i checked out for mariesio or whatever, the same account (uae) account with all funds traceable to fiverr got limited due to the incessant refunds from her ebay sellers reasons best known to them.

I always tell people i check out for to try as much as possible to make sure their seller is available if possible chat the person up before ordering. Everyone knows paypal frowns at refunds. When refunds is frequent paypal BOT will trigger limitation. The first refund i got i used it to reorder for her cos the account was in good shape.

I still checkout for her multiple times after no issue until another refund came, along with iymike refunds which eventually got teh account limited with my $900. SHe called in and asked me to confirm the refunds i confirmed and told her immediately the refund came the account was limited.

Showed her the screenshots and everything she needed. She came back 3 days after and told me her client didn't believe her that the account was limited that he must have my access to the paypal account. I refused!!! All she said was IP change/location doesn't matter if account is limited to the best of her knowledge. I told her not my first time of dealing on paypal. paypal still track activities of an account even when limited. I told her i won't release my details and Jeopardize my $900 and other refunds in that account.

She went ahead and created a group which tabbaz was present. Tabbaz gave his verdict that Its not proper for me to release my login details to 3rd party, screenshot was a enough. He asked me to present the summary page of the account showing limited funds which I did and we closed the case.

Mariesio came again after tabbaz had settled the case and said despite the screenshot her client still didn't believe.

So what do u expect me to do?

Note: This is not a failed transaction, checkout was successfully done only after few days the seller refund due to his personal reasons.

IYmike was even helping out and never requested for my login, but told him am more at ease to give him my login.

The 1st seller refunded the payment an hour after payment and the 2nd a day after payment. Explain how this could have happened with 2 different sellers. Share the screenshot of the payments and refunds, let people see the time frame of the refunds.

Paypal is no longer concerned with your IP after the account has been PERMANENTLY LTD and it is stated YOU CAN NO LONGER USE PAYPAL.

Yes, Tabbaz said screenshot of the summary page was ok. But I am not satisfied with this as that do not show if your account was permanently ltd or not

How can you explained that 2 different sellers refunded the payments you made from the same account? Ask Iyemik about me also.. I dont do shady deals and I dont raise unnecessary issues. Your actions and words since 21st of June reek of suspicions.


It is my right to get my refund since you used fraudulent funds to make payment in the first instance....

Good Day all,

On 19th June, 2017[b] LOKOYEN [/b]did a check out of $175.25 & $282.10 for different sellers. An hour later the seller for $175.25 [/b]cancelled the payment and the funds were refunded. I contacted Lokoyen who used the refund to pay for another item of $180 and we agreed that the balance of $2.75 will be added to next payment.

On 20th June, just a day after the payment, the [b]2nd payment of $282.10 was also cancelled and refund made. I was amazed at what was happening and called Lokoyen’s attention to it. He confirmed that he has received refund and could not send any payment out after the refund. I then asked him to use it for payment of another item he then informed me that his account has been ltd and he has submitted the documents requested for, this was on Friday 23rd of June. On the morning of 26th June(Monday) , he told me that the account has been LIMITED PERMANENTLY that I won’t get my refund till after 180days. What really surprised me was that[b] Paypal could have processed the documents he submitted on Friday over the weekend.[/b]

I requested for his login details as my client who owns the funds didn’t believe the story neither. He refused even when I invited Tabbaz to mediate in the matter. He only sent us the screenshot of the summary page. His reason being that logging on different systems could jeopardise his chances of withdrawing the funds after 180 days.

These are my deductions:
• His account or source of funds made the sellers to refund the payments bc the 2nd seller wrote a note on the refund ‘ISSUES’ .
• His refusal to make the log-in details available shows he is being untruthful. Bc opening an account that is permanently ltd without VPN hider doesn’t compromise it. I have an UAE account with same conditions and have been able to withdraw from it.
• I have not seen nor heard where Paypal respond to documents submitted on Friday and by the next working day; Monday there is a feedback .Expert users of Paypal to correct me on this if am wrong.

I will appreciate the house to look into this because my funds can’t be trapped with Lokoyen for 180 days for something that was his fault.

No one should trade with peterjero both online or offline for the next 24 hours! He was involved in a charge back scheme by his german telegram partner called detlef schon that potentially almost cost onepunchman in excess of N770k on friday night had I not volunteered to escrow for them at around 1am! The charge back has caused a temporary hold on the victims paypal account which he is now struggling to resolve while all the money from the transaction has gone back to mr schone and peter!


We have patiently waited for 3 days for mr schone to come and explain why the person in naija that he trusts to get him customers has no knowledge about his strange charge backs once they expect that funds are on the way into peters naija account. In order for no one else to fall for any tricks and also as a sign of good faith till he and his partner clears their names he has stated that I place this warning here and that he will not partake in any trading till after monday!
