It was a pleasant scene for those that visited Obollo Afor Nsukka in Udenu Local Government Area of Enugu-State at the just concluded Akatakpa masquerade festival in that town. spectators were seen all around even though the masquerade in their hundreds moved around looking for those that will appreciate their culture either in cash or in kind. other masquerade moved around with cane and would flog anyone who wasn't friendly. it was fun watching them display the culture of their ancestors.
it normally comes around every year between mid June to the first or second week of July.
