You should be able to get rid of that app if you perform a factory reset.

Regardless of how compelling this might sound and look, Apple never discloses a device specs or design until the day of the official launch.

Until the next iPhone is launce, nobody knows for sure the specs of it or its name (if it will be called 9 or apple 11).

Although I use an iPhone as my main device (personal), my girlfriend has a Samsung S6 Edge and its camera and WAY BETTER than the iPhone's one.
