wild wild wests, once a yorubaman always a yorubaman, AC or PDP anytn lyk integrity? Ask OBj,gbenga daniels, akala, tinubu, grange, bode george, iyabo obj, bankole, fayose, madam etteh et all Always dubious at the expense of integrity, 'i dey kampe' people. Not being generalistic here, but its rare to find a decent yorubaman. Gani fawehmi, edo yoruba tho |
obi? 4 best governor? Poster, you are too poorly informed to draw up that list, Another lagosian fashola propaganda. You dont even know about amechi. I assume you havent left lagos before or you are ignorant on anything not fashola.obi? 4 best governor? Poster, you are too poorly informed to draw up that list, Another lagosian fashola propaganda. You dont even know about amechi. I assume you havent left lagos before or you are ignorant on anything not fashola. For me,i give it to chime,he gets d lowes revenue amongst all performing governors, yet almos better or on par with the high revenue performers. |
Just logged in nw n my eyes hit dat timing line up the page once again and cant help but laugh,13 days,3hours and 58 mins. Such a long oh,spent on arguements, fume up on tribalistic contributions, laugh at hilarious posts, learn heavily, get motivated and demoralised. The list is endless, events that have taken that quite big tym in my life since 2006 i registered. Feel free to drop urs too,ur time spent here,u can check up ur page to get it if u havnt noticed b4. Lets know who has stayed online in here more than seun, lolz |
oji thermal power plant started up again for 2 years now. The governor has renovated d plant. Though it has lost a lot of its strength,it currently generates power for udi, ezeagu, oji L.G.A's. People should research b4 they talk. |
after reading gbenga daniels' triumphant return to the country,i just thought of opening this thread. Not being tribalistic,i give it to ogun state. Check it out,obj has points enough to give it to them,we then include iyabo obj, banKOLE,gbenga daniels. Just too much to come from a state in a decade plus. Generally the southwest has the zone award from my own view. Bode george, akala, tinubu, fayose et all. States lyk adamawa, ekiti, niger, anambra, imo, edo, bayelsa, kogi, oyo, delta should contest, generally judging from the number of nationally acknowledged corrupt leaders they hav produced over time, convicted or not. My opinion though! |
the buses look flashy n porshe, looking generally better than d first batch of merc marcopolo coal city shuttles bought from ANAMMCO. I had to enter it once, very comfortable porsh interior, automated doors designed for the transport scheme.generally it looks less durable than merc n volvo. I doubt its ability to survive nigerian highways. Unlike the IVM buses, the refuse collector trucks look fairly stronger that they have replaced the mack fleet first used by ESWAMA,that have almost all broken down as seen in the ESWAMA truck yard. The IVM refuse trucks which come in two models have almost taken over. The IVM jeeps, luk pretty gud,i have just seen one recently purchased by a federal parastatal in enugu,i usually pass it enroute work in the mornings, had d opportunity to look closely at it and i would say i was fairly impressed by it. You can hardly notice its IVM made. Looking big and flashy and fairly stronger than hyundai and kia jeeps i have seen. Considering d availability of spare parts and and proximity of the manufacturing plant,i will buy it b4 a kia. Overall,i am impressed by the IVM coy products. Enugu state govt 2 4 patronising admist d risk. Heard anambra govt is taking deliveries of the buses too. Other govts should emulate. Infact GEj who commisioned d plant last year should initiate a policy that would make govt agencies to purchase d vehicles. I even heard IVM is competing with OGBUAWA n co to purchase the state govt/Daimler owned currently unfunctional ANAMMCO mercedes benz car assembly plant, which is folding up,messed up by corruption n fraud. Nice move if thats true,d plant is bigger and more sophiscated than IVM plant in anambra state i hear. More nigerian made products, cars, all we want. Good 4 our economy! |

long live ike ndi igbo, i was wondering whether he will leave us without having a replacement, at least a man half wot he was. Thank God for his recovery,at least he will come back to see that he has grown a son,ROCHAS,to nuture as a future leader of ndigbo. As the likes of himself, chukwumerije, ekwueme are leaving the scene,i find it hard to identify people who hav distinguished themselves in leadership and exhibited that selfless interest in the leading and projecting the progress of ndigbo, tho i acknowledge d bravery of anyim pius and ken nnamani, but am still watching d duo with reservations. But Rochas,i have faith is that future better new ikemba,i remember watching him acknowledge and praying for his recovery at his inaugration speech. LONG LIVE OUR FEARLESS IKEMBA, LONG LIVE ROCHAS LONG LIVE NDIGBO |
typical of wild wild west, RIP |
Seun, dats a bad title on home page, it shud be, alabi thinks ojukwu should apologise, I hardly comment on issues lyk dis since 2006 i joined NL, but this one is rather 2 provoking 2 ignore. First of all,i dont think alabi is still in a ryt state of mind, read dat interview again, Secondly, who is he to say ojukwu should apologise to igbos? D war wasnt fought cos we think we will win,no it was fought based on the drive and need to secede and make things right, with the situation of things in the country then,if he was leading his ethnic group at that time,he could have done same unless he isnt actually a leader. Ojukwu he is saying things about even sacrificed his personal and family wealth on that war,so you can see its not a selfish interest thing. I dont blame alabi,he clearly lacks identity, fake yoruba uneducated soldier like him, saying rubbish against more learned soldiers like him, trying to use ojukwu's popularity to sell his poorly edited and disorderly organised upcoming book, you can see from his interview how demented he obviously is now. One point picked from his thrash interview,he acknowledged the hidden genocide commited by danjuma, obj, ibb, adekunle n co, Himself too,d innocent blood he shed at war are haunting him, dats why he keeps blaming ojukwu, I pity him,at old age, typical with murderers anyway. We all know who should be facing the hagues tribunal for war crimes, tackle it the rwandan way, or better still, shut d fu.,ck up and pretend like it didnt occur, quit provoking ourselves. Only a few men in this world are half a man ojukwu is,president GEJ respects that, thats why he revers the old biafran war hero, AND BLUETHOOTH,YOU HAVE A BETTER REASONING THAN THIS MAN, QUIT DEFAMING YOURSELF ON STRAIGHT UP ISSUES LYK DIS, LONG LIVE IKEMBA OJUKWU OF NNEWI,UMU AFO IGBO LOVE AND PRAY 4 U!!! Tryin hard 2 ignore all those my papa say i be ibo wey no get identity |
hmmm, is this 4 real? I love this guy oh, this should be on frontpage make we verify asap, am going searching on google n bing |

thanks for your responses via email. it is still open at this stage to any interested investor. i am working on your enquiries. thank you |
I require an investor for a radio fm project in Enugu state, south east Nigeria. I have been on research on this project for a while now,and over time have gathered info i need to kick off one, licencing, equipment supply, staffing and day to day running with efficiency high returns. Initially i planned 4 d cheaper community radio but discoveries about a potential high R.O.I in an yet unsaturated market in enugu motivated me to move towards a commercial radio. Personally i am into the radio system in a radio station in enugu,so i have a practical exposure on radio system in that part of country. My biggest constraint however is capital to kick off. The capital required here are somewhere around 35 million for a fully digitalised competitive fm. I intend to establish a fast pace urban fm station. It is a longterm investment that will suprisingly recoup the investment over a shorter period of time than expected. Pls mail tonnieobiora@yahoo.com if you are interested. I am only going to reply serious minded people. Thanks. Meanwhile i would appreciate anyone that can encourage me by helping me with a good loan source. I am a serious focused ambitious person. I have been running a small media project with a friend for a while now, checkout the gist website www.amebortalk.com . Started running january this year. The radio fm project is next on it. Pls i need favourable responses. God dey! |
don baba jay. Nothin do u. Osheeeeee @op. Nyc site u got wif gud content. |
Cont IBB say wot is right 4 gudness sake again? Nigerians and the way they react to issues. Someone shud also react to Obj complaining about ogun primaries since we all know he,s d inventnr of jungle politics in Nigeria, but suddenly nw complaining of jungle politics and primaries |
After tomorrow's deadline in updating accounts,,wot happens 2 people dat didnt update their account? I just got a new job this january that runs 8 to 5 pm n wont allow me to go do it. I hav four bank accounts, scatterd around in different banks. So i ask,wot happens to people lyk me? |
Time buying. I sense foul play |
Is sarah jubril mentally ok? |
Nairaland is not a place 4 kids unless they hav changed 2 allow 2 allow a yoruba "ameriaan" illegal immigrant on cheap drugs 2 sneak in. Imagine such a negative life,an example of people that may not reach 45 n die of cos 4 obvious reasons. If i were born with such a negative life,i wud just luk 4 a wet transformer. Bullshit! People hav researchd and contributed to enhance computers and internet enabling people dat cannot even install OS on systems to be able 2 "fight" proffesors because of stupid tribalistic. and cheap publicity pursuits. Mcheew,SMH and leaves 4 another thread! |
This is not a medium 4 comparison. Awo may be a better selfless leader, but there r people who hav done enuf 2 say they hav d ambition to be lyk him. Our political setting 2day is different. So if Awo was here 2day he might not hav been much different from others though still havn his goodwill at heart. So lets stop being dumb n pointless in our comments. If u hav a problem wit any of these men, open up a thread bout dat n express urself okay, This thread is just a review,of popular opinion not a comparism or conclusion. So just vote n drop ur topic directed comment online. Thanks!, Never mind some Nairalanders who just hav a way of transforming their personal worries n problems to public targeted aggresion online. |
Lets no politicize tragic situations like this. There r better occasions to use |
Now between dis 2 accomplished yoruba men today, who can u say has done more in continuance of d principles of d late yoruba leader, chief obafemi awolowo? 4 me with tinubu's lates progress in liberatn d yorubas frm d hands of PDP and his growing support also of dat his party,ACN, i wud give it 2 him. But think about dis, apart frm being president 3 times, wot has baba done 4 d yoruba nation apart frm pickn fights wit othr yoruba chieftains, even wit tinubu n also not killing d much respected chief bola ige? |
Emeagwali is d man. Somtyms wot u cant beat u try 2 fight.Dat was d problem people had. Still waitn 2 c who funded d enermous image tarnishing campaign on d prof. Anyway they eventually made him more popular. Where r those deluded minded fulls on nairaland. Especially dat BkBabe or wateva d foOL calls himself? U wont c his comment on this one cos he's somewhere lookn 4 anytn igbo attachd 2 spread his faked up thrash on. Haters where una dey? Even NL known school drop outs were talkn against Then sahara desert reporters came wit their own shyte too, |
