Oga all these things happened because he is in a one man firm, personalities vary. Would you prefer and inefficient loud and outspoken staff to and introverted efficient one?

Secondly, ur mistakes sends the signal that u re dull which u Might not be.

Thirdly, working in an environment where inter-personal skill is required won't be ideal for your personality.

I once had a colleague like you, his dondiness made me like him cous I controlled him nd could use him to commit.
The management managed him cous they believed him coming from Badagry to apapa everyday made him dull until he got transferred to another branch were he started his 1st day with query.

Being an introvert and being a dondi are too different things. Just because he chooses not to involve himself in chit chats with his colleagues doesn't make him a dondi. So far he is efficient in his work. So stop comparing him to ur so called ex-dondi colleague.

He is correct, nomoreloss was never a such a great artist. But we are all sad to see him go.
