The testing of your knowledge (or faith) is for you NOT for God per se.

Think of a personal trainer who is training (testing) you for a marathon (tho the trainer knows you are a pro runner or not- it doesnt matter). Trainer still Pushes you to your limits, challenges you so you can get stronger and win.

Think of it this way:

If personal trainers know professional athletes are great at their games and sports, how come these athletes still need practise before and in between games/sports?


I will tell ya as a doctor, no matter how many years in practise, we still need to keep up on medical knowledge and our skills, we still need "continued education" and re-certification tests and exams every few years.

Thats all God is doing with testing tho he knows the outcome. Tests are to reveal your weakness, make your "spiritual muscles" stronger, stay in "spiritual shape" and keep your "skills" sharp.

Just as some do not believe God exist, so also I do not believe that anyone is born gay. I realize it's all a decision.

Just as some decide to masturbate, have sex with animals, any objects, some even do so with kids just to gratify their sexual desires or lust. It's all a personal decision.

Forgive me but I do not care whether there are scientific theories and facts backing up claims of gays so as to please their beliefs. In this specific areas I do not believe them personally.

I do not know how God protected me by still keeping me intact sexually, but I do remember how some ladies try to break me around my private parts when I was still a child because my mum do go about her business then. So I've learnt never to leave our kids in the trust of another be it relatives or not. It's by God's grace some children are still morally sound.

It would be my decision if I want to be a prostitute, if I want to please both sexes. It would be one's decision to try both sexes and get to know the one that pleases you most. I believe a lesbian can be bisexual if she wants to, a homosexual can be bisexual if he wants to. Anyone can be if they desire it. So I find it funny when anyone blame it on science or creation.

There are friends around trying to lure one into any of these but it depends on you as a person. But as Christians, there are rules guiding us and normally we are to have these strong hatred for such acts since our God despise them. If you do not hate the act as a Christian, then you have to watch yourself, go back on your knees and and ask God to renew His spirit in you.

Suddenly everyone has gotten a voice. It's now they remember they were born homosexuals. It's now they discovered they are lesbians by nature all because someone who decided to live like that gave them a voice.

There is nothing wrong if God test us to please Himself because He is God. It seems no one understand the meaning of God yet but one thing I do know is that God tests His children to bring glory to His name, to encourage others, to make us know Him better and trust Him more.,to grow in Him and easily help others come to know God more. It all points back to our individual decisions. Whether God knows you would pass the test or not, He just can't stay idle not doing anything to encourage you to pass since the ultimate decision lies with you.

Let's remember God testing you doesn't mean you're the only focus. The enemy is there to know the outcome, followers are there to see if they would be encouraged by you or not because we are living for others and not ourselves, the cloud of witnesses are also there to cheer us on. The test isn't meant for only you, just remember others are watching to be encouraged or discouraged from your results. God won't leave you the same when you pass a test, it is also to take you to a new level.

So if you want a new level now, pass the test today or you can decide to fail it and pass it tomorrow as long as you don't fail it when it's too late. It's all on you, the power lies with you.

When we know the reasons God tests us, then this thread will make more sense.

If God still test you while knowing the outcome, it means there's hope for you, He alone understands the power He has given you. It means God believes in you to break every negative results attached to you. It's just like asking if God knows you wouldn't give yourself to Him, why did he still send Jesus to die for you. Well, it means there's hope for you and if you should fail it, it's entirely your fault after all He's done. If I fail, it is my fault.

I just picked one thing there ,chronic weed smoker .. I am not a chronic smoker. I haven't smoked in 3weeks but that doesn't mean ,I have stopped ,work has taken the better part of me and no time to do all that .. I just feel so long as you can strike a balance ,too much of everything is not good ,even too much food is harmful to the body

I am not saying if you smoke once or for some months, I mean when you become addicted or smoke regularly for a extended period of time.

it sounds funny. Remember gravitational waves? There were no scientific papers on it prior to 2015 but it existed. The closest research done is that the brain(gray matter) of porn addicts are shrunk compared to none porn viewers, the research is still in progress. The memory loss sounds funny but other addicts I have interviewed both on nairaland and reddit attest to the fact that they all suffered short-term memory loss, difficulty reading and understanding, anxiety and panic attacks, post acute withdrawal syndrome.

I kid you not, porn addicts do suffer post acute withdrawal syndrome.

well I will take out time to research that. I was just speaking out of my experience ( I experienced post acute withdrawal syndrome) and the experience of others. My memory and concentration was really messed up. I will try and research to clear doubts.

because someone is smoking weed continuously doesn't mean that it's not affecting him. I am tired of this '.. Sebi others are smoking it', how do you know it's not affecting them, can you tell from their face? If you are observant and value your intellectual output, you will notice that too much weed is not good for your intellect and cognition. If you ask chronic weed smokers to perform intellectual task out of their experience, they will be confused. Go to the neuropsychiatric clinic in yana and ask. The same goes with hard drugs, alcohol, porn or sex addiction. You may not see any change at the the start but until later. Check yourself and how you were before weed, don't you see any gap? Can you tell me you don't have anxiety and panic attacks?

it is you that should stop misleading people. It is now a fact scientifically that adolescents who smoke weed regularly or those who get addicted will suffer poor cognitive outcomes. Even before that, I already knew. Go to the neuropsychiatric clinic in yana and see for yourself. The addiction, the impaired cognition, the withdrawal and unfortunately the post acute withdrawal syndrome are not funny.
