am in a confused state now, I need your advice in choosing my next action.
I presently work for an establishment of 6 staffs, in small office, where my pay is 45k and I just got a job offer where the pay is going to be 50k in a well recognized insurance firm on contract basis, please which do I choose, your advice will be highly appreciated.
