Lol. As in ehn. If u know the current rush by the management of different SBUs to hold MTBs (sometimes 3 to 4 times a week since the beginning of December), sign off FCCSc and AFEs you will know how desperate they are.

It is just unfortunate that government at all levels is used to the last minute rush mentality.

NNPC will definitely try to expend/accrue as much of the money earmarked for this recruitment as they can from the 2019 budget in order not to lose it. The only way they can do this is to conclude the process before the 31st of December, 2019 to justify the accruals. My thoughts though.

The recruitment process was open to all including the contract staff but the bad eggs among them who didn't make it to the final stage want the process to be cancelled. We have no option than to put them in their place.
