your network provider's data service may be bad.your phone may show full signal bar but may not even be able to browse and mind you,Google related apps require dependable internet connection try another network. its most likely your network.

don't be misinformed,you don't have to root your phone if you don't need it.android phones are practically better even when not rooted cos once you root,you're exposed to the possibility of you bricking your phone.

U should have a tTorent installed in your phone or use a pc with torrent application installed to download it.

You really don't want to use font changers on your l3.You'll brick your phone.
