As stated earlier, casing won't solve the whitish pics. The ISO of your phone's camera is simply over high and absolutely abnormal. People who know about cameras and photography will understand what I'm saying.On my phone, my phone's auto adjusted ISO at night is 529(That's the highest I've seen so far sha) but on the infinix zero, it's 1329.That's mad!!!.And unlike my phone, you can't adjust your ISO...sorry for zero users. It's a factory fault. Even professional cameras don't go that high. Sorry ehn.

Bros, you're obviously a novice. It's not the casing that causes your camera to take whitish pictures, it's the camera itself. There's a factory fault with the camera itself that's why it takes pics like that. Changing your casing colour won't stop the whitish pics

Leon Panetta, who headed the CIA and then the Pentagon has said that Islamic State (IS) war could extend to Nigeria from countries like Syria and Iraq.

Panetta, a respected policymaker who served under President Barack Obama, blamed the challenges on decisions the president made over the last three years.

He said the war to curb IS could last over three decades. “I think we’re looking at kind of a 30-year war” that could extend to threats in Nigeria, Libya, Somalia and Yemen, Panetta told USA Today in a story published Monday.

Among the poor decisions he asserted that Obama made are: Obama’s failure to push the Iraqi government hard enough to allow a residual US force to stay in the country after troops withdrew in 2011, saying that created a security “vacuum.”

The former defense secretary also pointed to Obama’s rejection of advice in 2012 from Panetta and then-secretary of state Hillary Clinton to begin arming Syrian rebels fighting against President Bashar al-Assad.

“I do think we would be in a better position to kind of know whether or not there is some moderate element in the rebel forces that are confronting Assad,” Panetta said.

And Panetta said Obama lost credibility when he warned Assad not to use chemical weapons against his own people and then failed to act when the Syrian leader crossed that “red line” last year.

Panetta says Obama now has an opportunity to “repair the damage” by showing leadership after having “lost his way” in the fight against the radical group that has seized chunks of territory in Iraq and Syria.

The former Pentagon chief was speaking ahead of the release of his new book, “Worthy Fights: A Memoir of Leadership in War and Peace,” set for Tuesday by Penguin Press.

USA Today said that Panetta is explicitly critical Obama in his book, writing that his “most conspicuous weakness” was “a frustrating reticence to engage his opponents and rally support for his cause.”

The president too often “relies on the logic of a law professor rather than the passion of a leader,” the former defense chief added, saying that approach means Obama “avoids the battle, complains and misses opportunities.”

At times, Obama “gets so discouraged by the process” that he sometimes stops fighting, Panetta told USA Today.

Even before its publication, the book has already drawn the ire of the White House and State Department.

“I’m finding that former administration officials, as soon as they leave write books, which I think is inappropriate,” Vice President Joe Biden told students at Harvard University on Friday. “At least give the guy a chance to get out of office.”

But Panetta also expressed hope Obama would change course during his last two years in office and recover from his mistakes.

“My hope is that the president, recognizing that we are at a kind of critical point in his administration, will take the bit in his teeth and will say, ‘We have got to solve these problems,'” Panetta said.

Just when controversy is still raging over the $9.3million cash seized from 2 Nigerians and an Israeli in South Africa on 5 September, the authorities in the country have seized yet another $5.7million meant for an arms purchase between Nigeria and the country.

The seizure even antedated the $9.3million one that triggered questions about the involvement of a jet owned by Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, president of Christian Association of Nigeria in arms trafficking.

The City Press, quoting its sister paper,Rapport, said the money was seized by The Asset Forfeiture Unit of the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) though it bore the imprimatur of senior security officials from Nigeria.

According to the report from South Africa, Nigeria’s National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, a lieutenant colonel, personally issued the end-user certificate for the arms the money was meant to buy.

An entire “shopping list” was supplied with the certificate, which included everything from helicopters to unmanned aircraft, rockets and ammunition.

Sources close to the investigation said the latest transaction was between Cerberus Risk Solutions, an arms broker in Cape Town, and Societe D’Equipments Internationaux, a Nigerian company in Abuja.

An impeccable source said this company paid the R60 million into Cerberus’ account at Standard Bank.

Cerberus was previously registered as a broker with the National Conventional Arms Control Committee (NCACC), but the registration expired in May this year.

The marketing and contracting permits also expired at the same time.

The company has since applied for re-registration, but the application lay in the NCACC’s mailbox for more than two months.

Sources told Rapport that Cerberus apparently tried to pay the money back to the Nigerian company, after which the bank became suspicious.

The NPA’s Asset Forfeiture Unit subsequently obtained a court order in the South Gauteng High Court to seize the money.

Cerberus’ attorney, Martin Hood, this week declined to comment on the matter.

NPA spokesperson Nathi Mncube said there were no indications that the two transactions were related.

South Africa has insisted that the money was the proceed of illegal transactions and is now being investigated by the Special Investigating Unit of the department probing offences against the state

Nigeria’s military authorities have detained an army general who allegedly fled into the bush with his troops to avoid confrontation with Boko Haram militants.

The general who was coordinating the military onslaught to dislodge several Boko Haram terrorists from Bama, Gwoza, Madagali, Michika and other communities in Borno and Adamawa states fled when Boko Haram militants were coming face to face with his troops.

The General was accused of providing poor leadership and failing to instill confidence in the soldiers, resulting in many soldiers allegedly abandoning the fight against the terrorists while many were killed.

According to The Vanguard, when the Boko Haram insurgents came in full force to attack Bama, some top brass of the unit offered no resistance by running into the bush. The insurgents reportedly entered the Brigade Headquarters and looted the Armoury. They also carted away military vehicles and tanks.

A source said that some of the commanders were rescued from the bush by a battalion deployed at Konduga, which was stationed about 15 kilometers behind Bama, the last deployment before Maiduguri.

According to the source; “after seizing the equipment at the 21 Brigade Bama, the terrorists used the same weapons to attack the infantry battalion at Konduga but met their waterloo where hundreds of the Boko Haram insurgents were killed”.

It was further gathered that after running away from Bama, some top brass of the brigade and about 800 troops went straight to Maiduguri instead of joining the troops in Konduga to repel the attack.

Sorry only sir but except I've not been using an android smart phone, how does Wi-Fi scanning and heat problem have anything to do with each other? The only sources of heating reported worldwide has been dirt, bad network especially when you turn on your data connections on while using 3G in an area with poor network, HD gaming, streaming videos, poor ram or slow ram speed, Octacore processors(even Samsung s5 gets hot too,sometimes too hot for comfort), poor environmental conditions(hot weather), bad battery(unrecommended), high CPU load(too many CPU intensive apps running at the same time).

the infinix zero sorry to say was doomed to get hot and sorry to say again, there's nothing you can do about it except you keep the phone under good conditions. Hardcore gamers must expect their phones extremely hot. The same goes for heavy browsers. Your phone shouldn't get (unnecessarily) hot under normal usage except there's a fault somewhere or the infinix zero has a general factory fault. As for the battery, there's nothing you can do about that too especially when it's 1920mah. No matter what you do, the battery will be a liability especially when you start loading apps and the processor starts getting more work to do. The more workload on the processor, the less time you have on your battery. Though the excuse of Octacore may arise (that the phone would finish up whatever work it's doing quickly) but remember one thing,most apps on Android for now aren't optimized for multiple cores so whichever amount cores the app uses is dependent on how much it was intended to. In the long run user's of the infinix zero would understand what I'm saying if you don't now. Also don't think of getting the 2GB version if you can't afford a heavy power back to go with it or you'll end up suffering and smiling. Adding insult to injury is the unremovable battery with a seemingly sad lithium polymer battery with memory effect (That's a killer combo for me and it's a no-no).Besides, if you're phone gets into any kind of moisture, you're on your own because the first course of action to take when your phone gets into water or any moisture is to remove the battery immediately but on the zero you can't remove the battery to prevent further damage to the hardware.Advice you to think carefully before rushing to get the phone.

This is my own point of view though. It's what works for you though.
