I have a name that is more than 60 days at namesilo, I have de-list it and re-list it at afternic still didn't get opt-in message from namesilo like netsol does...that's why i'm dragging this sir. Since you have been in this game for long I just want to know maybe it's normal.

they support and most top registrars do. As I wrote earlier, the domain must be at least 60 days old for a fast transfer/premium listing eligibility. Once it's up to that, you will receive a mail from your registrar. It's only networksolutions that I know send their opt in almost immediately but it won't still work if that domain is not up to 60 days.

nothing to worry about. It's all about their premium listing request. Main advantage is that once you opt in, your domain name will be listed at several marketplaces that partner with afternic thereby exposing the domain more. Once the domain is eligible. (must be up to 60 days old to qualify ), you will receive a notification email from your registrar. Simply click on the long link to opt in.

I personally don't use hunter anymore

Here is what i do,

Open a Google/bing search engine, type in the search box @ajalekoko.com, then search

Most official emails attached to ajalekoko.com will list in many different ways. First 10 will list most recently used emails by the company. Either the website itself or other sources where the company list it's journal, or conference attendance, even the Facebook page will list if the email is on it. On the Facebook page, click on about link on that Facebook page, u can get even most recent email there. I noticed that official email might have been inactive or not monitored, so through the company Facebook page I could see Gmail to send my email too

This is same query hunter will do, and from my findings doing outbound, hunter isn't accurate in my opinion

Bro, how is email verified b4 sending?

I use hunter personally..but there are many of them. you can browse about it. After getting the email..then you copy and paste it in a box just like the way we do for domain in snov and hunter then you verify, so it will bring something like valid or invalid.

Please those who uses snov.io to get endusers email for outbounds, how would you rate it? has it been working for you? I have sent almost 30 outbound emails with it and not even a single reply. it seems the emails are not accurate because sometimes i get an error message that the email was not found. Tried using hunter.io but couldn't register with them with my gmail. Please House, how do i go about out-bounding.

I have this lead I got from facebook Initially he offered to pay $100 last week Wednesday and my asking price was $499, so I countered to $350 and gave him good reasons why he should own the domain. He added $25 to is previous offer and also inquired if I have other city+business related domains. I told him unfortunately the name is worth more than $125 so he requested for my best price I said $280 but the message was not delivered since then I guess he wasn't online ever since. So I decided to call him on phone this night he didn't remember who I was but later he did and greeted me warmly he was so happy to hear me on call.

Now the issue is that he said he was considering buying it but not really into domain name acquisition, then I told him if we could conclude the deal I will give him some name as a lot pack and affordable he requested I give tell him the names but I told him I can't recollect them since we have a lot others so he said I should send him the names when I verify them.

I am yet to register them even though I have researched and they are up to 5 available city+keywords. What do I do as I am afraid of buying those names and he may not want any or may fail to purchase, I tried to persuade him so we can make a conclusion on the one I have first but he is not really giving in.

He is into property/realestate in a popular state and city in the USA
