why is the Christiandom divided by race to begin with? I shake my head Amotolongbo: |
Shockingly it's cheaper to buy properties in Dubai...than some parts of Lagos. One can make the argument that the expensive parts of Dubai is still more expensive than Eko Atlantic but Eko Atlantic is no where near what the expensive parts of Dubai look like, so why is it overpriced?,Also, in Dubai, you will find properties with monthly payments spread over 5yrs not tied to a bank...yes in Lagos you will hear...pay in full after 12 months. In US, you can pay your house for 30yrs. We make everything so difficult in Nigeria and wonder why we ain't progressing. My submission is...the Elites make it so, so the benefits won't be available to middle and even the relatively upper class Nigerians. They want it all...Elites amongst eachother...and that is not how you grow or develop a nation, but that's one thing they really don't care about. Let's see where PBAT credit scheme takes us. Builders can spread payments like they do in Dubai without banks or collateral...you take possession after paying in full. Case closed SmartPolician: |
This is not rocket science. The West has been siphoning our best and brightest. If you are an athlete good enough to medal, and Canada offers you permanent residency to represent the country as a Canadian in 2-4yrs after becoming a citizen, wont you take it? I am not surprised nationalized African athletes have medalled in the Olympics, while African athletes are not. Once the new generation of athletes become great, they too will naturalized. Even those without talents are japaing not to talk of the best of the best athletes in the World. One thing though, they will always be africans at heart...so let them represent US, UK...we will soon take over the world. We are Africans. We RULE, We WIN. Saka is very much a Nigerian even if he represents England. I am not worried. You sef will japa but will forever remain a Nigerian Greatzeus: |
US, Like Israel does not think. They act first. The same reason they couldn't hold Iraq and Afghanistan...proximity issues. Las Las they abandoned lots of the expensive ammunition and left FreeStuffsNG: |
The same Bangladesh Peter Obi is always talking about The PM has JAPA. Expect pim from Peter Obi lolGod1000:

It's actually not that hard...you are trained to be careful not to click on links...they can download virus...and they will Just download password and appear to be someone else...it's elaborate but with tech and more international coordination, days of scammers are numbered. US will track IPs and supply to Naija Authority to carry out the raids...and those VPNs lol...may be US virus too...making you believe you can mask your location ...even encryption US intelligence can hack..good luck Kingray10: |
Crude is sold in dollars...and PMS is received in dollars...like a swap with more crude for PMS. I am sure you hear landing cost and all...then NNPC begs the sale to N560 or so and marketers, the greedy ones sell for N800, N900 plus DMerciful: |
Yes Daddy ....his son supported the protest.. vanbonattel: |

Please STOP dividing us by religion.. you are looking to destabilize Nigeria. I will continue to watch and call attention to your posts. Botragelad: |
she is what I call "broken." She will need a lot of therapy. Her childhood must have been rough with the hope that she would have her kids and give them the life she never had, but without solving her issues, she would just continue to bring more kids into her broken life. Sending her prayers Tokskob2008: |
Why are you always posting anti Islamic views on here? Please go on Haaretz or Jerusalem Post. We need to learn to be tolerant not start sowing hate...This is a Nigeria platform and Nigeria is a country with 50-50 Christian-Muslim population. I need to start reporting the trends I notice in all of your postings. Botragelad: |
You are mistaken. I am not a troll. The problem in Nigeria is what an author states as the Danger of One Narattive.. what makes you think they are from Chad? Those in SW used to blame Fulani kidnappers and SE...most have discussed its either Fulani that have lived amongst them or not Fulani at all...but people masquerading as Fulanis. The North under Obj started their new form of governance called Sharia. It encouraged fanatic Muslims to move into the scene preaching against Western values. Later, it became a tussle for land and resources...or a fight for marginalization. Some say it's Hausa vs Fulani...who came first? who truly owns the land? what report have been released by govt to justify one or the other ...then you have the fight for minerals and gold...greed of men. Is it possible the locals brought and paid mercenaries to come to kill and rape? You don't know all the facts...I don't know all the facts. My point is ...we may truly never know but we must never believe in one story...therein lies a danger. caye: |
Trying to explain spiritual things to those who cannot see will be in futility. When I see what happens to some people, it appears spiritual but since we are only religious and not spiritual, we cannot discern. If they make Oro sacrifices and people went against the warning, do you think Oro will just come from the sky? Yet when calamities befall some people for defying warnings, they will term it as coincidences. A blind man can't heed warnings, but when he falls inside the hole, he will learn to scream. A word is enough for the wise. Don't ignore warnings. derecho: |
What makes you think that those lands belong to those who claim to have them? You can see in Lagos how many people built on illegal lands...some for decades. You think people have the right papers to all these lands? If those lands truly belong to the farmers, let them go to court. My guess is they try to settle these issues because no one truly can lay claims to these lands. One of my inlaws died and the children didn't attend to his properties for years...fast-forward...people already jumped the fence planting cassava and utilizing his massive land inside his compound. The daughter was so upset he cleared it all...Nigerians generally feel entitled. The herders are not saints, but the farmers may not be either. caye: |
Vanity Vanity Vanity...all is Vanity. Make an impact in this world, because tomorrow is not guaranteed. She has lived, she is gone, and the rest is left for the living. Everyone should listen to wait for me. We are still having kids we cannot take care of. May God help us. All the good music have been sang...the rest are just jargons without any societal lessons for all. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZXLH29oFL0 naptu2: |
The more I read this news, the more I feel somehow. This is my submission 1. People have been farming on lands that belong to no one for years and feel entitled to it 2. You now have nomadic farmers who have been told that those lands are common territories that belong to no one, and they have chosen to graze on the same lands. 3. The farmers think of the cattle herders as bandits and have no desire to share lands that belong to no one...even killing their cattle 4. The herders also feel entitled to the lands and follow the proverb...a child that won't allow the mother to sleep won't get sleep either. 5. Both sides call on the government to attack one side for the other. 6. The Govt is at an impasse because both sides do not own the land, and trying to share the land makes the govt look like its on the side of the herders. Should the lands be left to the farmers even though they don't own them? If Govt needs to set up ranches, they also need some of these lands. Those in the SW or SE don't want ranches as well. Northern farmers don't want ranches...if the govt belongs to all people, shouldn't the govt protect the rights of all people, including the herders' right to lands and waters? It's just food for thought. We need lasting solutions. MasterJayJay: |
Some of these girls play abroad...its great to see everyone trying to outdo one another...for the first time, athletes are proud to wear the Nigeria Flag. Even those that have not switched to playing for Nigeria are thinking about it...Boxing, MMA, Long Jump, Hurdles..we are making strides. Our movies and entertainment industries are the biggest entry to the scene...it will only get better with more investment from NetFlix and other streaming networks. Nigeria is on the up and up...I see us being a massive nation in terms of places to visit in another decade.

|
Reuters do not have these pics...where did you get them? Botragelad: |
Same with tenants too…beg to get in then the virus not to pay rent sets in and that’s when landlord will become a bad person. Still, they won’t move away from bad person’s house. Nigerians are users. Saturnalia: |

They better put cctv and 24hr security. I am still shocked by how Nigerians damaged the recently constructed Niger Bridge 2. We have some sick people in Nigeria IzunnaOkafor: |
Very well done…these are the ones making it look like Europe and Americas na easy success. Keep destroying them… ShoeGetSize: |
We know your type. You can keep denying the obvious. You have a complex issue. You need therapy Brendaniel: |
I doubt the German guy will come to Nigeria. You are right, he may never finish that house which tells me this story looks like a spiritual attack. A curse on the family...one son is died, one sister is considered an accessory and the only successful one among them killed his brother. We don't focus on spiritual things, but my guess is, a spirit is involved and that spirit is very angry. On the other hand, it all depends on what the family wants to do. They might not even report he is around and I doubt we have a system in place to determine those wanted at points of entry. First, they must seek spiritual help...this does not feel normal. Maybe they were not meant to sell the property that was sold. ElevationD: |
You have inferiority complex ...that you need to check people's profile before commenting. Something is truly wrong with you. Focus on the message not the messenger. Brendaniel: |
We are all high from junk. We can't produce enough organic food to feed the world. obedience4: |
I feel bad for those who have businesses...please move things home if you can...you know some Nigerians hate success...they will use the protest excuse to reduce you from successful to starting over...so everyone can be like the protesters. Be wise...a word is enough for the wise. Even if its clothes you are selling, pack everything and take them home. If you cannot move everything...get a welder now and start making multiple locks...make it harder for them to destroy you in the name of protest. If your goods are over N1m, pay areas boys N10k for 10 days...it is worth it. Consider it tithes so they can protect your goods. Good luck ogododo: |
