Lol We have Jumia and all...they didnt ask for hectares of land. Create website, allow people to post and get commission on what is being auctioned off. If you want a garage where cars can be inspected and certified, you don't need hectares of land for that unless he is planning to create a storage center where all auction vehicles will stay and those selling will be paying for storage.
