ayobase: Catholic will always be the first to divide the house....NCCF (Nigeria Christian Corpers Fellowship) , which one come be Catholic corpers fellowship again...soon, we dey get Redeem's, anglican's, and the likes.

Can't we all just have a sense of oneness at a point in our lifetime.....go to universities these days to see different fellowships (like even 200) watering down FCS and NIFES.....

And in some fellowships, na only 5 people fit dey from the beginning of the semester to the end.

Sometimes it disturbs to absord the fact that Catholic is Christian.......Always bringing division in anything!

We have interdenominational fellowships to enhance our oneness!

I'm proud to be a member of FCS and NCCF.....Rural Rugged my favoutite!

".....tell me I mean so much to u....I need you to build this....you need me to build this family.......I love the way you walk, I love the way u swag.......in the Papa style.......l
For ur Info catholics are the first which others Broke out from.
Mind you all Christians can never be united in such situation. Cos the Catholics will have to play the rosary and do the sign of the cross. While other do theirs.
So Understand that and live with it.

Foreign AffairsBananas Thrown At Black Italian Minister During Speech. by mastroesco(op): 1:29pm On Jul 27, 2013
Italy's first black minister, a target of racist slurs since her appointment in April, has condemned a spectator who threw bananas towards her while she was making a speech at a party rally.

Integration minister Cecile Kyenge, who was born in Democratic Republic of Congo, has angered far-right groups with her campaign to make it easier for immigrants to gain Italian citizenship.

Shortly before the incident on Friday, members of the right-wing Forza Nuova group left mannequins covered in fake blood at the site of the rally in Cervia, central Italy, in protest against Kyenge's proposal to make anyone born on Italian soil a citizen.

"Immigration kills," was written on leaflets accompanying the dummies - a slogan Forza Nuova has previously used when referring to murders committed by immigrants in Italy.

Although the bananas missed the stage where Kyenge was speaking, she responded to the gesture on Twitter, calling it "sad" and a waste of food, considering the economic crisis.

"The courage and optimism to change things has to come above all from the bottom up to reach the institutions," she added.

Kyenge has faced regular insults since becoming minister, often from other politicians. Earlier this month a senior parliamentarian in the anti-immigration Northern League party likened her to an orangutan and only apologized after a storm of criticism.

Sanboy25: Of course, her career wouldn't last long, I'd do anything for her to be unsuccessful without she knowing that I am doing so. When it (her career) all ends, she'll see me as her savior and confident who was here for her all the time in times of trouble not as the one who killed her career.
She'll love me even more for that and I'll have my wife back at my side. cool
I don't buy this Idea of killing someone's dream for ur own heart desire. If you don't want an actress, just stay clear instead of going on with bad intentions.
What if she finds out halfway into the Marriage you killed her career, do you think dat marriage will ever be the same?
RomanceRe: Cabanna by mastroesco(m): 8:38pm On Jul 21, 2013
My bro, its a difficult situation not just for the fact that most guys don't buy the idea of their wife being an actress but the man in question is a private person.
He should sit her down and talk to her. Tell him why he doesn't buy her idea and hear her own side of the story.
And if she insists that's what she wants, no going back on that and he insists too he doesn't want to be married to an actress then they should give the relationship a second thought cos marriage is a life time thing and giving it a trial to see the outcome is never an option.

PoliticsGovernor Suntai Celebrates 52nd Birthday In Hospital by mastroesco(op): 7:13am On Jun 30, 2013
Ailing Taraba State Governor, DanbabaSuntai, will today celebrate his 52nd birthday in the Sea View Hospital Rehabilitation Centre and Home, New York United States of America, where he is recuperating.

Suntai had wanted to return home to celebrate the milestone but doctors advised he waits until he gets a “complete recovery”, it was learnt.

He has been receiving physiotherapy/treatment in the US upon leaving the German hospital in Hannover in March.

Benue State Governor Gabriel Suswam, who visited Suntai in New York and returned at the weekend, said Suntai received him well and spoke on phone with President Goodluck Jonathan and Vice President Namadi Sambo.

Taraba Acting Governor, Alhaji Garba Umar, also said the hand of God is sheltering his boss.

“We have seen the hand of God at work in your life,” Umar said yesterday in his goodwill message.

According to him: “On this day, we once again have the opportunity to celebrate the grace, love, blessings, mercy, and kindness of Almighty God upon our leader, mentor, friend, brother and boss, His Excellency DanbabaSuntai, CON, as he clocks 52 years.

“Though you are marking the event in far- away United States of America, where you are recovering from the injuries you sustained in the air mishap of October 25 last year, we join you in appreciating God for what He is doing in your life.

“We do so with an abiding faith in the Creator, that He will bless you (Suntai) with many more years of active and meritorious service to our state, the nation and humanity.

“We wish you a happy birthday anniversary and many returns.”

Senator Emmanuel Bwacha(Taraba South), who also visited Suntai in New York and returned at the weekend, told The Nation that the birthday celebration will be more of thanksgiving and praises to the Lord.

“This is his biggest testimony for the governor. His state (Taraba) and the country are joining him to thank God for his merciful wonders in his life,” he stated.

Suntai’s children, family relatives and friends, including a few leaders from the country, will join him in New York for the celebration.

His eldest daughter, Miss MariyaSuntai, who bagged her private license as a student pilot from an aviation school in Florida, will also join in the thanksgiving.

Foreign AffairsMandela's Family In Court Over His Burial Site. by mastroesco(op): 8:09am On Jun 29, 2013
As Nelson Mandela remained in
critical condition in hospital
yesterday, a family feud over
where the 94-year-old former
president should be buried went to
court, according to South Africa’s
national broadcaster.
Mandela’s oldest daughter,
Makaziwe, and 15 other family
members have pressed a court
application to get Mandela’s
grandson to return the bodies of
three of Mandela’s children to their
original graves in the eastern rural
village of Qunu, according to the
SABC.
The grandson, Mandla Mandela,
acknowledges having reburied the
three bodies 20 kilometres away in
the Mvezo village, where he plans to
create a Mandela shrine, hotel and
soccer stadium, according to the
South African Press Association.
Grandson Mandla Mandela has until
today to respond to the court filing,
reports said.
The anti-apartheid leader built his
retirement home in Qunu and was
living there until his repeated
hospitalizations which started at
the end of last year. Nelson
Mandela attended the burial of his
son at the family plot in Qunu in
2005, and it was widely expected
that the leader himself will be
buried there.
But his grandson exhumed the
bodies of Mandela’s three children
and moved them to nearby Mvezo,
which is the former president’s
birthplace and where the grandson
holds authority as chief.
Eldest daughter Makaziwe and
other Mandela family members
want the family bodies returned to
their original graves in Qunu,
according to the reports.
The family court struggle came as
Mandela’s ex-wife said that he had
improved in recent days, but
remained critical.
Winnie Madikizela-Mandela gave
the update yesterday while
speaking to journalists outside
Mandela’s former home in Soweto.
“I’m not a doctor but I can say that
from what he was a few days ago
there is great improvement,” said
Madikizela-Mandela, who is a
member of South Africa’s
Parliament.
Madikizela-Mandela pleaded with
the media to “understand the
sensitivities and the feeling of the
family.”
His daughter Makaziwe Mandela
was among the family members who
arrived at the Pretoria hospital
yesterday. The ministers of health
and defence also visited, the South
African Press Association reported.
Outside the Pretoria hospital
yesterday, a man flying a drone-like
object with a camera attached was
led away by several policemen,
adding to an already heightened
atmosphere where well-wishers
continue to gather to pray for
Mandela.
