Your dad cannot just use all his funds to send you to school, are you the only child of your parents. Yes gift deed is paramount as well his statement of account which must follow up with tax clearance and payslip. Funds must be accounted for either Cac or property sales

Her flight to Vancouver is confirmed to depart on 2nd of January. Am aware VFS isn’t going to work on Xmas and Boxing Day. I am worried any delay may mean late travel, late course registration etc although my agent keeps assuring us that she will collect her passport this week but I am concerned

It takes 2 weeks to hear from vfs. Remember when the passport gets to there office, it will be shelved in batches and send to embassy via courier. The embassy will analyse the passports to double check with there LOI. All this steps will take some business days just as they don't work on holiday. There should be some sort of late registration but that comes with a penalty. Reach out to the school via your agent to find out if she can start online registration pending when her passport is back for her to embark on the study trip. Prepare her for the journey ahead. Hi everyone

Please I have a question, I learnt that canada share information between countries ( Uk USA New Zealand Canada Australia). My brother is trying to apply for student visa although he has lived in South Africa and was recently deported due to inability to renew his papers. He doesn’t wish to declare his stay in SA because it will be a red flag to his application considering it wasn’t a normal visa rejection but deportation.

Please do you think canada detect Africa countries history ? Anyone here or knows who have concealed such information and wasn’t caught.

It's not compulsory to declare your travel history provided that the passport was not canceled or stamped deported. If so there is need to request for a fresh passport. All the best .

and it keeps showing error 403 on the Gckey website when signed in or navigating in and out to upload documents

Try validating the form and upload again. Hope u downloaded the latest form as requested from Dec 1.

Convert all the pdf to jpeg, openxml, wordpad, edit and remerge amd compress. It's not a must you should upload pdf.. Ircc have different file format u can upload. Pdf is always huge due to its high pixel.

You can have access to your funds either using online services of your bank. Then again you can initiate transfer using otp if you are roaming your local number whilst abroad. As well you can send funds to your naira account using some platforms like sendwise, (patricia**)etc.

There is no such thing as how many months, could be weeks provided you meet the reason for previous refusal, and you are adding things weren't in your previous application, your DLi must be in accordance with Ircc list. Goodluck in your next application.

1 year tution fee is good depend on the total tution fee for 2 yrs program.
10k gic will be in accordance with your 2nd year tution fee. That leaves you with compulsory living expenses and miscellaneous. Having obtain a whooping 30m from your brother, there should be need to prove the source of the funds. Is it for demonstration purpose , or not. What is your brother doing for a living and his payslip, tax clearance certificate and business invoice.
What is your work , previous academics does it suit the current citing the fact you are not financially buoyant to repay the loan from your brother.
