I used my access credit card and the school got credited less 24hrs. I was charged about 3800usd as per Flywire exchange fee.
Get a CAC and obtain a card from ur financial institution.

Minimum for most schools is 3.0 on average or 3.5 above. Thou you can try doing pg-dipoma in college with your qualification, and apply for Masters after 1 and half years.

HK I applied a few but you have to be sure of your English language test , if undergraduate. Graduate Studies, It's same process but seamlessly achievable than PRC.
You can mail your reference or upload online during the application process, pay your processing fees and wait for your acceptance letter. Pay tuition and visa processing fee, wait for your evisa which you can use to travel.

Prior to your visit to the embassy, you will pay tuition fee, visa fee, processing fee, and then wait for your receipts, electronic visa sticker by email, Those are the documents you will take to the embassy incl SOA and have the visa stamp on your passport.
