I promise to take whatever advice the two of you ladies give me, so long as they are not contradictory to one another.

Of cos, Jesus had a God, so-to-speak, because He came in the form of a man! He had to come in the form of a man because he was coming to save men, not goats. He came as a man to stand in the place of men, so that we can BECOME A PART OF GOD. God has acquired me now, and Im a part of Him. So, yes, the man Jesus had a God, and the God was His Father in Heaven.

Is it that hard to comprehend?

Jesus was speaking to Mary in the capacity of a man, and that's what he meant when He said My God, speaking of His Father.

He was 100% God and 100% man. At the same time.

@Abuzola: Dont be silly! That was after Jesus died and ROSE again, so he can refer to God as Mary's FATHER in the sense of it. Besides that, the word Father is used endearingly of God, and is what made3 the Jews unique.

By the way, i have over 1000 contradictions in the Koran. Im releasing them bit by bit, this is the first 10 or so, lets see you deal with them.

Tha ll-ignorant Abuzola. I see that you are using your newfound knowledge about Wikipedia's definition of Allah on this thread, just because I showed it to you on the other thread . Why did you suddenly become quiet on the initial thread? because you saw that you couldnt defend against the truth?

Stop spreading lies. Go and study and come back when you have valuable evidence.

ANd what kind of ignorant Muslims are on this thread by the way? I just used the simple google engine and I found out that your Koran gives very strong credence to my Bible.

How can your Koran respect the Bible so much and defer to it in reverence while you come here and run your mouths? Is that how you breed rebels in Islam? You cant even respect your own Holy Book? I pity you indeed.

You may wish to get educated. Hear it from the well-respected Muslims and scholars of the Koran. These are things your Imam may refuse to tell you because he's scared of losing you to the truth.

And there is another place where Jesus Himself reports one of David's prophecies. Or do you want to say again that it is David that is the Lord being talked about? ALWAYS READ AND UNDERSTAND. And see how Jesus distinguishes Son in verse 35 from son in verse 37. Let the common muslims hear him gladly.

I dont blame you. Get a concordance before you misquote. The Hebrew word used there is Ben (pronounced Bane) and it means FIRST-BORN,  A BOUGH, A FIRST OFF-SHOOT and exact REPLICA. And it is CAPITALIZED as Son not son. Jesus, in the old testament, was the only Son of God. It wasn;t a small s that was used. Read your Bible, and buy a concordance, its quite inexpensive.

But it is indeed unfortunate that there is so much falsehood and deception among the muslims! For instance, they celebrate Abraham's substitution of Isaac for a ram as a sacrifice, but it never ever dawns on them that it was an archetype of Christ's eternal sacrifice, where Abraham was a type of God and Isaac was a type of Christ who willingly gave himself up to be sacrificed. Recall that Isaac and Abraham went to the sacrifice point alone. Do you think Abraham tied him up forcefully? No! Isaac willingly lay upon the altar, because he also believed that God was able to raise him up back from the dead. He didnt beat up the "wicked old man" and run away. He obeyed meekly! That's just like what Christ did, when he died on the cross when he could have called legions of angels to delete the existence of mankind.

His Father, Abraham, spent 3 days climbing the mount of sacrifice, and as far as he was concerned, in his mind, his son was dead already. It was when the Angel of God commanded him not to kill his son that Isaac came back to life in his Father's heart. Just like Christ was in the grave for 3 days also, and he came back to life because death could not hold him down. ALL HAIL THE POWER OF JESUS NAME! Let Angels and Men prostrate and fall, all knees and tongues bow and exalt him! Selah.

And yet every year they celebrate this event and eat meat and do all sorts. Not EVER understanding what the event even points to. So unfortunate!
