When will he comment about the violence, looting , stealing that is ongoing in his region in the name of a protest that he sanctioned? Barely 18 months ago the country voted it's choice . What protest are you doing again except you have ulterior motives. One would have thought that such an arrangement would see to Tinubu maintaining the subsidy regime as it will guarrantee steady profit margins for the owners of the refinery in Malta.


Malta doesn't have a single drop of oil and any refinery there must source from the international market, refine it over there,pay hefty Eurozone green taxes , pay for shipment back to Nigeria , store it in oil jetties and face a lowered demand due to higher cost due to removal of subsidies.

It makes no sense.

If anything , Tinubu would be interested in opening his own refinery and taking a huge stake in Dangote refinery.
