Hwf with this Payoneer ppl, their issh can be badder than that of PainPal, so I heard.

I opened my account with them since last year June, they didn't give me 'Make A Payment' option. And I used Int'l Passport for verification.

Tried contacting them via live chat, not going through. Left normal email, their response was just not worth it.

Is there way I can get the 'Make a payment' option abi I have to receive money inside first?

I'm scared I should now Goan do withdrawal inside the acct and then I'll have issues taking it out or paying some huge amount for VAT or so.

Make a payment is only activated for you when you've received at least $200 from payoneer partners like fiverr and the likes. But it can still be activated for you when you've received a minimum of $1000 from other payoneer users.

If you are a freelancer, the first option shouldn't be hard to achieve.

If the fund you want to send into the account is up to $1000, they can wire the money directly into your local bank account. They charge only $15 for that

Lol... As it stands now, you can fund your Payoneer yourself if you wish to. But before they will activate the feature for you, you need to have received a minimum of $5000 in total from Payoneer partners like fiverr, upwork, Amazon and the likes

I did it on two sims one was mine and the other for someone else , they both got the congratulatory message. My sim is a new sim with 4g written on it while the other one was a sim swap 4g sim.
I tweeted at them and was given the free 4g , as for the double data they said they're working on it. Thanks anyway for your assistance

There is nothing like PayPal number, he must have meant PayPal email... But if the seller still wants to refund you via PayPal, just create a UK or US PayPal then send the email to him.

Once he makes the payment, you can use the fund to buy airtime for recharge.com since na small refund.

The fact that PayPal is not supported in Nigeria doesn't mean he can't still receive payment via the platform if you live in Nigeria. I know what am saying

Maybe you also didn't get me enough.. PayPal is just like your normal GTWorld App where you can just send money from your account to other people once you have their account number . But in the case of PayPal, you only need the recipient email to send money.
