I think your eagerness to debunk my statement is turnioniown.

You can make your suggestions without making reference to mine.

Who knows, someone may take your non-misleading advice seriously some day.

Ahn ahn! What kind of consistent and shameful ignorance is this? I've seen you come here and spew things like this.
You said "Y'all will get to the level of Tecno and others"??!!!! You wrote that out like Tecno was the standard, like what!?
Xiaomi is the 4th biggest phone maker in the world fam. Like 1,2,3,4! Which level are you talking about?
Tecno is not even up there when phones are being talked about. I mean they don't even use this "Tecno" in China, they know wassup. It is so sad that Africa is always facing issues like this. The Transsion market share in India was 6% or so, Xiaomi about 30%, Samsung 25%. That is a country and people who know value of good and excellent tech and won't settle for less. But Nigerians like you who don't know quality or know better will stick to the brand even when you see something better. That guy was saying the truth about tecno using shit processors, but you won't open your eyes to see the quality Xiaomi offers. Check the stats anywhere and see who Xiaomi is and how far they've gone.
I understand you're a big fan of Tecno but don't come here and start showing your ignorance. That simple.
I don't even have issues against Tecno, the Camon series are really good and fine, but don't come here and drop comments like that, people who want it can buy it, but keep the "standard" to yourself. It is ignorant and unnecessary.
Seriously? You get time o
PhonesRe: Pls How Much Does It Cost And How Can I Create A Website by Maxcoded: 10:00pm On Jan 12, 2019
Lotel:
Good day nlanders, Pls I wanna open my own website where I can be uploading/posting my beats and instrumentals cos I'm a Music Producer, how much does it cost and how can I go about it??.. Pls help oo
You only need a blog to achieve this; a free website should be suitable for you.

But if you want something more advanced where you can also sell your beats online i.e an e-commerce website where people can visit to buy your beats(coupled with online payment), then you need a standard website. An example of this can be found via; https://joinbeatpro.com

For more detailed information, kindly reach me on 08069133396

N.B : The won't cost you anything to set up other than the domain name cost... And that is even optional because will give you a free sub domain.

Oga, if you don't know what to say, just shut up. This your defense is very weak. I've been using a xiaomi phone for close to two years now and it only makes sense that when a new update comes out, it will be better than what was available previously. The reverse is now the case and I'm complaining and you are busy talking nonsense. Abeg swerve.
You don't have to be abusive in your explanation mate.... Did your girlfriend break up with you? It's clear you have some anger issues

If you don't want bugs, setup your own company and start producing phones
PhonesRe: The Xiaomi Thread. by Maxcoded: 4:27pm On Jan 12, 2019
Gmajor:
Where do I start?
The recent apps menu is ugly
The data on button is buggy
You can't switch between sims to use data from the drop down menu (this option was not available in MIUI 9, but you would think that it would have been fixed with a new update.)
MIUI 10 still has a major security flaw like it's predecessors where you can on data, WiFi, hotspot and Co without even having to unlock the phone
The file manager now comes with a very dumb video player that persists after you set your desired video player as a default

Were you forced to use Xiaomi bro?

I guess Google pixel, Samsung, One Plus, IPhone "don't have bugs too"

Kinda agree with your theory

Protein0 is not always active on nairaland, Noobody is; which now makes Noobody the main account and Protein0 the additional account. Both "sellers" claim to offer cheap $$$ rates whereas only noobody post adverts most times.

It seems to me that Protein0 is just an emergency account to post adverts or continue business just incase an anti-spam bot bans Noobody. Both have gained enough credibility from people, so no issue of trust; just pure business smartness

Investigation is still on going and we will update you guys with any update we have...

If you can also wait for RN 7 price to be normalized, the price will probably be in that bracket

And for people dragging me up and down..
Read that post well..

I said SPECs wise what's the difference between mi a2 and this almighty note 7 pro...
Processor ...bencmark and ram and..
Leave camera and OS out of this discussion..

Note 6 is note 5
Note 5 ND 6 is mi max 3
Mi a2 is Redmi note 7 pro.
Processor ...bencmark and ram and performance wise..
Think about it...
There's no point of design wen we will nack pouch on it.
Screen size is a cliches.
Battery size is irrelevant when there's constant light.
Not everyone takes pictures.
We buy phones for performance. Well I do... Iono about u.
Allow people buy whatever they like.... Make all of una stop all these 'phone upgrade' thingy

If you have enough money to spare, buy whatever pleases you and enjoy life.. Una wahala too much abeg

Someone said earlier on that those using RN4 and those that will buy this RN 7 are all the same thing, saying all we will still do is browse the internet and make calls.

Mark Zuckerberg has a $14,000 Lexus and also a Pagani worth N500,000,000. Does that mean he is gullible or not contented? Of course not, it's just because he has the spare cash to spend and can even afford to buy more if he so wishes. Just some days ago, a fish was auctioned in China for about a billion naira and someone paid it in cash; a fish. How does that sound? Don't we have 'panla' of N150?

For Someone that can afford to buy a fish for a billion naira, how much do you think that kinda person has in his akant?

It all boils down to your pocket. If you have the spare cash to spend, go for it; it might be because of one thing you like in the product that may prompt you to buy.

The lesson is just that; no go dey do pass your sef and in the event that you have the spare cash to spend, enjoy life.

I know what you mean. But the earlier post was leaning to the fact that the battery percentage was removed entirely
Entirely? Wao

That's not fair on their part
PhonesRe: The Xiaomi Thread. by Maxcoded: 11:38am On Jan 11, 2019

But the battery percentage is inside the battery Icon at least on Redmi Note 5
Yeah I have that here too, but the one beside the battery indicator (graphics option) when you drag down the notification panel is what I miss so much

At the end of the day, you will realize that the venture of changing phones per new model release is nothing more than a waste of precious resources.

It's a race you CANNOT win. Buy what meets your needs and rest until it goes bad or stolen.

Most times, we buy phones for nothing more than a show of affluence.

People wen dey use note 4x still dey use gcam, still dey browse internet, still dey nairaland, just as people wen don dey use Redmi note 8.
This your message should be tailored to those who can't afford to buy a new model but are 'striving' to.

If you have more than enough money for an upgrade, why not?
PhonesRe: The Xiaomi Thread. by Maxcoded: 10:52am On Jan 11, 2019
Mrviktor:
Battery Is better... But it charges a lil bit slower like 3 miutes lesser than what it usually was to add in %...

Also they removed battery percentage from the notification panel... Very foolish of them. So now u have to change your battery icon to the one that shows how many percent is remaining... Mthewww.

It has carry to wake up feature.. so u no need to press power button to make the screen come on.. this would make faceunlock- to be usefull...bks time u will use to press power button u Don use am touch d fingerprint scanner..

Also,. E smooth Sha...
I also felt disappointed by that battery percentage thingy... But wetin we go do, na just to dey manage an laidat

I finally got my Redmi note 6 pro from Agodi post office today. I paid a total sum of 4450 for custom charges and post office fees. I consider myself lucky after reading about the exorbitant charges others in my position were given. I'm currently charging the phone. I can't wait to explore my first Xiaomi phone.
I wonder how you will feeling now with the release of Redmi Note 7

I think that pro thingy mostly depicts bigger ROM (typically 64GB)
If that is the case, then it's already available. Reason being that when I checked the variants on Mi Store and aliexpress, the 4/64GB and 6/64GB variant are available
