I made a withdrawal to my payooner account out of curiosity and later discovered I can't withdraw funds less than 50USD. Is there a way I can get this cash, like maybe selling to an exchanger or something, please advise.

If possible, stop leaving fund in your payoneer account. That's the advantage we have over conventional bank account.

Even if someone mistakenly gains access to your account, they will not know when you receive fund as you will receive and send out the fund instantly

Could it be that my Payoneer account has been hacked? I woke up this morning to discover that a certain amount of my Payoneer fund has been withdrawn to a particular account without my consent. This weird transaction occurred on the 15th of April and I don't remember performing any transaction at the time.

How possible is this and has anyone experienced such before? Below is the screenshot.
