obviously, to spend morning from d state security votes will be difficult for me because such monies are seen to be free money thus, no greedy, self-centered, selfish governor will spend such monies to safe his perceived people he is governing neither will they push for state police which to me will be hijacked by the carlous and intolerable Nigerian Governors. Thus, Regional police is the way to go...of which the nomination of state police commissioner will not be decided by the State Governor, but by Federal and State legislators, retired judges, CLOs, NGOs, retired police chiefs from that region.
