Techno sell substandard excuses for phones we all know that but what are they trying to do here lure customers because they put up a street light?? ......why haven't they lit up the Asian and other markets??...Africa has indeed become a dumping ground for their rubbish

some NLers will be very shocked with this discovery. I have an uncle who has a 32gb memory card in his phone but all his files, apps,images etc does not use up to 5% of the storage space. so I thought why not swap the sdcard with my other tecno 4gb sdcard. I started scratching of the tecno written on the memory card to make it look like my uncle's own and this is what I saw, the memorycard was an ordinary memory card but then repainted in black with techno written on it

probably you bought a clone Tecno memory cards. The memory card that came with my Tecno n3 is still working perfectly. Don't be deceived with the inscription of Tecno on some memory cards, power banks or some some phones, they ain't original Tecno products. Meanwhile Tecno phones are no longer with memory card inside unless those feature phones.

Reading Ur post makes me like calling it a senseless post because when you say something is fake is it working or not? How will you make the memory card looks like Ur uncle's own? Senseless post.

A good company is not hard to notice. I like Tecno mobile for giving back to the community. Great initiative I believe others should emulate

On the 24th of December, 2015. I boarded a vehicle going to Iyana ipaja. It was already night , meanwhile I sat at the front of the bus just enjoying Olamide's song on my lovely camon c8 while doing other stuffs on the phone. A man just came from no where and snatched the phone away. All I could say was Jesus!!! I was shocked and people in the bus were shocked too. We couldn't make any attempt because the Man has run away with the phone

To my surprised, someone called me on my second line that who is the that person on Ur DP - the mumu removed my Sim put his own, uploaded his photo and started using my whatsapp. I discovered that on second day of the incident he was offline and ever since he didn't come online again but I quickly save his picture - he was the same guy that snatched my phone

The most painful thing is that I wanted to buy the camon c8 again after the new year and the price has skyrocketed. I honestly missed the wonderful camera on the phone.

What could be done to this Thief?

I think is good for them. They have been struggling in Nigeria no thanks to the Chinese OEMs like Tecno that have given them a run for their money

Some of you here are just shouting Tecno and Gionee. I think the topic should have included Infinix because they are really doing better than Gionee in sales. In fact Gionee should sit down tight and face reality this year because their devices are quite expensive with lesser specs. Tecno and infinix I must say have the very best marketing strategies in the industry for now. Those guys ain't joking. look at the Phantom 5 people say won't sell believe me the phones made significant sales last year and still selling. Tecno knows how to push any of their devices to the market.

Both brands are doing well but Infinix is certainly not eating tecno's cheese. Tecno has a wider variety of phones that suit people from all walks of life. Infinix is still very limited.
