Is it bad to need help,or is it my fault to be in a bad situation?

I can't possibly spill out everything in writing.
Instead of insulting me,why not call to get the full story.please..

I was on my way to one "mama put" just after Alhaji Amao street to get some food. Hearing them shouting stop stop, i looked back and they beckoned me.

Highlighting from the car was a young policeman in his Thirties.

Police: Who are you?
Me: I am Pietrak. (My surname). What can i do for you?
Police: what do you do?
Me: i am a writer... so how can i help you?

Police: What is in your pocket?

Police: are you a press?
Me: No
Police : then why are you writing when you are not a press?

He went back in their car repeating the statement " you are not supposed to be writing when you are not a press.

Was arrested yesterday for driving Tru one way(no sign post) drove 5 mins and was shown a sign post, my tires was deflated and keys seized. Was released after I give d police man 10k.he even threaten to seize my car.

I get annoyed when I read stories like this. Bayelsa is a state with 8lga's and an oil producing state with huge monthly allocation, what is the work strength of the state civil service that such a small state will have a monthly wage bill of 4 billion naira? Anambra state with 21 LGA 's or their about increased wages and are not borrowing to pay, same for Enugu, and ebonyi states. I was mad when I heard delta states monthly wage bill is close to 8billion naira and the gGovernor is struggling to pay. In delta state for instance, it is obvious we have an over bloated civil service where most workers hardly go to work. The worst is even desopadec, I can count a good number of desopadec staff who do two jobs and u hardly see them in desopadec office except at month ends. These things show that , its hardly about money but about leadership. We have men and women who are in positions of authority with no clear agenda on how to provide credible, innovative leadership. It is very unfortunate.

Traveling with Biafran passport will just be like the story of Tom Hanks in that movie wet I'm wan enter amerika with unknown or unrecognized passport and was left inside the airport for weeks without anything....oh pardon me I no remember the name of the movie again.

On a serious note this issue can only be raised in a third world country, where the literacy rate is questionable.

When you get married,every thing changes to your husbands.

But,some people use their State of Origin for things that might be beneficial to them i.e Jobs and Contracts.

Especially if those things are Zoned to her Original State of Origin.

I don't know how they do it now,but when we did JAMB to get into the University.

Those from the North were given admissions with low Marks,so a woman who is a Northerner but married elsewhere,can use her State for the Admission purpose.

I really pity you. Nobody hates you. Get that into your head. The question I want to ask every igbo man is this why did you guys advocate for biafra when the last national conference was held? Why did you guys protest in the streets when some of your ipob tried to hijack a radio station in enugu and we're arrested? Why are you guys hell-bent on going with the South South? Look the earlier you wake up the better for you. Igboland starts from Asaba and ends in the SE.
