Orange is a major source of vitamin C and I was particular about malaria drug.

Medically, it's not advisable to take vitamin C while on malaria drugs. vitamin C acts as an antioxidant which counters the effect of the anti-malaria drug from being effective.

And then after running for a short time, we come back looking for how to curb it when it's almost impossible.

If you read my post well you will see were I stated that in Pidgin English the speaker doesn't try hard to speak correct English, why not argue with facts after you've done a lil bit of research than trying to confuse others.
