Also, you're merely repeating my explanation of what the Tetragrammaton is. It is merely a grammatical device in the Greek language.

The fact that it is used to explain the name Yaweh does not take away from the existence of the name. In fact the name Yaweh was inscribed on the breastplate worn by the High Priest of Israel.

The Shasu tribe consisted of Moabites and Edomites both of whom are mentioned in the Bible, so the fact that they once worshipped Yaweh shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. After all, they were older nations than Israel and Noah worshipped Yaweh as well.

Tetragrammaton is simply a way of explaining to name YHWH. The word tetragrammaton is Greek and it simply means "4 characters" referring to the 4 characters in the Judeo-Christian God's Name.

Oga, read the works of Philo of Alexandria and you will see where the Author of John got his inspiration from.

Philo lived roughly about the same time with Jesus. He penned many works and many fancy stuff in his time. He was the one that started the idea of the Logos become flesh.

What the writer of John did was to rephrase and retool it for his own version of the Gospel.

If you care to read and comprehend, John's Gospel is what most Christians who claimed the Lord and Savior is God based most of their arguments on.

As with Plagiarism, you don't have to copy word for word. You can play around the central theme of a work in your own words but the ideas utimately belongs to someone else.

So, read Philo work and you will see that otherwise I can help you!
