Indeed God is worthy to be Praised but before you get carried away, Jesus Christ said, in John 5 vs 41 - 42 , " I do not desire praises from men"

God never asked, neither did Jesus Christ command men to praise Him. So if you are under some opinion that God somehow needs you to praise Him or that praising Him blows His head up causing Him to open Heaven's gates to bless you, I am afraid you have been deceived by the lies of men.

No amount of what you call praise and worship will cause God to change His mind in your behalf. The only way to get God to do that which He promised, the only way to Honor God is through obedience- specifically continuous submission to and obedience of Jesus Christ's teachings(and commandments) , God's New Covenant Law and Truth in the Kingdom of God.

You want to me to show you where it is written in the bible that YAHWEH is elohim.

You talked about El sharing lands and boundaries and giving Israel to Yahweh. That's not true. The very El you talk about is Yahweh. He is the one who shares the boundaries. Show me in the bible where it is written that YAHWEH is a subordinate of El.

In the same Deuteronomy you quoted, Israel's holy God states that he is the most high God. If you say that Yahweh is the God of Israel, you at once also say that he is El most high or "elyon"

So, What is El in the first place? El is a generic name for God, it is not specific to any deity. but here we define the qualities of El that we talk about, namely that Yahweh is elohim, elshadai, elyon etc.

Now, concerning Deuteronomy 32:9 that you quoted, Yahweh, the God of Israel states that he is the very God the most high (elyon) and that besides him there is no other.

Deuteronomy 32:39-40, hear him: "see now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill and I make alive; I wound and I heal. Neither is there any that can deliver out of my hands. For I lift up my hand and say I live for ever".
