MaxInDHouse:
This is what makes Jehovah's Witnesses different from all the people on this planet!

The Bible is the book we are using to teach ourselves but our trust in the Bible is not just based on what is written in that book, rather on the fact that we have put what that book says to use and experienced the benefits!

So if i need any complimentary comments it must be among those with whom i experienced the benefits not just anyone from other religions, just as i will trust the comment of a fellow eyewitness of the match not just someone who never watch the match! smiley
MAXInDHouse
This is weak.

But you haven’t experienced death, so how did you truly know?
Can you call that the same as knowledge or LIKE KNOWLEDGE?
And we agreed that knowledge is different from belief.
So if the johovah witness are different why did you equate them to football fans? Another analogy busted.

thats what you ve been told right?
Where did the translation come from?
Or Bible was written in English?
That’s why Quran is a bit ahead y’all, they didn’t let translations dilute the message.

Yes what you experienced but not only you alone so that your knowledge can be ACCURATE! smiley
Contradicting yourself again, I’m tired. Omo
But you haven’t experienced death, so how did you truly know?, doesn’t the 2 have to be done before you can know? Or just one of it? It’s about passing infos? Or experiencing it? Or both?

Christianity Etc › Re: Maxindhouse Come And Defend Your Watchtower Bible by Maynman: 10:43am On Apr 14, 2022
MaxInDHouse:
That's exactly what i'm saying!
Since you're present at the event nobody can tell you the match never took place but it's the comments of other eyewitnesses that will compliment for what you missed during the match. So when talking about the match you will confidently say everything including what other eyewitnesses told you because you were also present to witness how it goes! smiley
So why haven’t you gotten and used the comments of other religions and doctrines, all had a thing to say.
Why did you believe one eye witness, your friend, and not the other eye witnesses?

Your PERSONAL opinion Sir! wink
knowledge is what is known and by one self, you said it.

Christianity Etc › Re: Maxindhouse Come And Defend Your Watchtower Bible by Maynman: 10:32am On Apr 14, 2022
MaxInDHouse:
PERFECT in the sense that you as a person can be in the midst of those who experience the benefits so your personal experience will be your own property that nothing can take away from you. But it's other Witnesses that will help you whenever you're contemplating on how it all goes.
For instance, there was a football match between two teams and you were there but it's other Witnesses of the match that can tell you what you missed in the match and while you know how the rest goes their report will compliment what you missed to complete your knowledge! smiley
But those eye witnesses can’t tell you all you need to know about the match, a lot of people from different angles will have something different to say.
And since your friend told you only a part of what happened in the match, did you truly know what happened in the match?
Knowledge is about knowing, not knowing part, or some but KNOWING ALL OF IT.
And since it’s part, it’s not the same as knowledge, BUT LIKE KNOWLEDGE.
Christianity Etc › Re: Maxindhouse Come And Defend Your Watchtower Bible by Maynman: 10:28am On Apr 14, 2022
MaxInDHouse:
NO! Experience is not about just one person but many witnesses because death may end what only you knew but when it's EXPERIENCED by many people then the info will be passed to the next generation by survivors! smiley
Knowledge is what is known, not what people know. It’s until you know how it works that you have knowledge in it, your definition of knowledge is already weak from the start.

NO! Experience is not about just one person but many witnesses because death may end what only you knew but when it's EXPERIENCED by many people then the info will be passed to the next generation by survivors! smiley
Then you don’t know what death is, you only have belief of what people say death is. How can info be passed after death? They are myths, beliefs and opinions.. only you can truly know what death is until you experience it.
And you said this? Perfect?

MaxInDHouse:
NO! KNOWLEDGE is agreed upon by those putting it to use and getting it's BENEFITS, it could be found in books but without putting it to good use you can't get the benefits!
YES! KNOWLEDGE is working so if you've not experienced it then you don't have to start arguing with those who have EXPERIENCED it.
When an air force officer is talking about his experience of a jet fighter all you need to KNOW about it is listen well not arguing! smiley
But you just said knowledge is having the experience one self? You are going back and forth.

Christianity Etc › Re: Maxindhouse Come And Defend Your Watchtower Bible by Maynman: 10:16am On Apr 14, 2022
MaxInDHouse:
YES!
It's a pity that most people equates Credulity to Belief.
Credulity is what you trusted (believed) without any experience of benefits but FAITH is the assured expectations of what is hoped for the evident demonstration of realities even though others can't see it! Hebrews 11:1
So unlike blind beliefs (credulity) faith is what you can put to good use and derive it's benefits while those who aren't putting it to use will continue to wonder why you're trusting in it! smiley
You are still quoting the Torah from the Pharisees lol.

There’s only knowledge and ignorance.
Knowledge deals with what’s
Ignorance deals with what’s not.
If it’s not the same as this, then they are alike them.
Faith/belief anything you call it, don’t stress yourself, it’s weak, just changing words and you think you did something, is this what your religion is about? Very deceptive!

You already know he just picked up out of the lot, where he thinks I stand, exactly as I did). And you already know, I do not stand there.
Who gave satan the evil he used? Did he create it himself? Or he stole it from god? Or your god gave it to him intentionally?
The knowledge of good and evil did satan teach himself?
Your god is the creator of evil so how can someone else use it before him?
And you are also saying YOUR GOD IS NOT THE BEGINNING OF ALL THINGS.
Who was the first to use good? Angel Gabriel?
Just contradicting yourself lol

PERFECT DESCRIPTION!
You got it now my friend! smiley
So knowledge is what is known by oneself and can not be told by anybody? You need not read any book to experience knowledge?
You said knowledge is working, so many things are working yet I haven’t experienced how it works, haven’t flew in a working jet.

That's the difference between true Christians and misinformed Churchgoers!
We make sure of all things and hold fast to what is GOOD! 1Thessalonians 5:21 smiley
That’s the difference between belief and knowledge. It’s a shame..

Christianity Etc › Re: Maxindhouse Come And Defend Your Watchtower Bible by Maynman: 9:48am On Apr 14, 2022
MaxInDHouse:
Now you're talking!
We are experiencing the BENEFITS and enjoy it so even if anyone wants to doubt we won't care a bit about doubters after all we are enjoying the benefits! smiley
So you needed to experience it on your own to know? Them telling you was not enough?
Then knowledge is what is experienced and known by oneself and not a story told by eye witnesses!

You can't even decipher sarcasm.
Well let me help you, whatever is yielding positive results as in benefits is absolutely truth and it's knowledge worth possessing! wink
That was sarcasm? How come and That word was not created by white supremacist? Lol
Christianity Etc › Re: Maxindhouse Come And Defend Your Watchtower Bible by Maynman: 9:43am On Apr 14, 2022
MaxInDHouse:
That's the definition given to you by your white supremacists so you can't force it on everyone most especially not on Maximus.
My own definition of KNOWLEDGE is what can yield POSITIVITY as in BENEFITS! wink
How did you know the benefits are positive?
Did you know or believe?

Everything is cult like in your doctrine of religion.. your own, your this, always in secrecy, knowledge doesn’t hide.

If it's BENEFITTING future generations who never knew how it started then it's the absolute TRUTH Sir! smiley
The lies are afraid of truth and knowledge what are they hiding?
What can a lie benefit you that knowledge won’t a thousand fold?

Ignorance is not knowing.

I BELIEVE any story as long as i can see the fine WORKS of such story and it's BENEFITIAL!

So what if the future generations are BENEFITING from the so called "LIES", do you still think it is LIES? smiley
And we agreed that knowledge is different from belief..
Benefit from lies compare it to benefitting from knowledge.
Christianity Etc › Re: Maxindhouse Come And Defend Your Watchtower Bible by Maynman: 9:32am On Apr 14, 2022
MaxInDHouse:
Your PERSONAL opinion Sir!

And i told you that i have KNOWLEDGE of the things i BELIEVE (TRUST) because it's working out BENEFITS! smiley
You have knowledge on the things you believe that’s why you need faith and trust but not knowledge of what you know. Your benefit comes from belief and not knowledge.. can the object of knowledge be the same as object of belief?
Knowledge is believing what your eye witness told you, ride on believer.
Christianity Etc › Re: Maxindhouse Come And Defend Your Watchtower Bible by Maynman: 9:30am On Apr 14, 2022
MaxInDHouse:
Your PERSONAL opinion Sir!

Why apologizing for LIES?
Is LYING also a CRIME? cheesy

NO KNOWLEDGE is what is either told, read or sensed but it must WORK out BENEFITS so that future generations may BELIEVE (TRUST) it! wink
My personal opinion really ? So you believe all stories? Lol , mr believer indeed.

Lies are not all together bad, but the greatest lie is intentionally lying to your soul.
Knowledge is to know, why deprive your future generations of knowledge and give them beliefs? And we agreed that knowledge is different from belief.
Christianity Etc › Re: Maxindhouse Come And Defend Your Watchtower Bible by Maynman: 9:25am On Apr 14, 2022
MaxInDHouse:
So it means everything written is myth to you, then why arguing profusely over what i choose to TRUST (BELIEVE) since you also choose what you trust? cheesy
Everything written has a part of knowledge in it but it’s not same as knowledge, they are “like knowledge” hope you know the difference between “same” and “alike”?
I’m not arguing about your beliefs, I’m only telling you that you have believes but no knowledge of it. And you agreed that knowledge is different from belief.
Christianity Etc › Re: Maxindhouse Come And Defend Your Watchtower Bible by Maynman: 9:22am On Apr 14, 2022
MaxInDHouse:
What difference does it make since it's just what was WRITTEN?
You only need to tender an APOLOGY for your blunder saying KNOWLEDGE has nothing to do with what you were told or read without verification.
Then i will oblige but without apologizing there is no need posting what we can't verify but only read in books! wink
It’s a story meant to be known me not believed, mr believer do you believe every story you read?
All the lies and your busted apologies when are you going to apologize?
This is becoming weak from you.. knowledge is what you were told according to your eye witnesses, right believer?
Christianity Etc › Re: Maxindhouse Come And Defend Your Watchtower Bible by Maynman: 9:17am On Apr 14, 2022
MaxInDHouse:
And you so much TRUSTED (BELIEVED) what the story tellers penned down to extent of coming on social media to argue profusely over it! smiley
I thought you don't BELIEVE (TRUST) what you can't verify? cheesy
I trusted it the same way I trusted the Harry Potter book lol, man you are trying too hard. Does knowledge need trust?
Bible literally means collection of books, where was those books collected from?

Christianity Etc › Re: Maxindhouse Come And Defend Your Watchtower Bible by Maynman: 9:13am On Apr 14, 2022
MaxInDHouse:
So why say something you HEARD by story tellers?
My forefathers died hundreds of years ago and back then there were no cameras yet you said you know what they worshiped, when you weren't present to see them! cheesy
It’s a story, the story has an author or authors and it’s stated their. Is Bible not a collection of books? Where did they get those books from?
Or Don’t you know what a story is, you also don’t know what “God” is,you also don’t know what knowledge is, haba, mr believer.
You are making this boring jare, show me something new
You are yet to show me where you read that Pharisees created Judaism.

Why did you believe a story, mr believer?
Is that how you believe every story?
You are trying too hard now, be more articulate bro.

MaxInDHouse:
So you KNOW even when you're not present at the event and you're here arguing profusely as if i must agree with you even when you only read it, shey?

No wahala i don hear you my friend! cheesy
Where did I say you will not be present? Your sight is one of the senses, it’s not your sense.. truly you don’t know what knowledge is, how then can you know the importance of it?
Can you see power and equality, what’s their color?
Christianity Etc › Re: Maxindhouse Come And Defend Your Watchtower Bible by Maynman: 8:31am On Apr 14, 2022
MaxInDHouse:
So how do you now reconcile the two, what you read (that you weren't present at the event) and yet you BELIEVED (TRUSTED) it?

Well i don't want to agree with you jàre since you weren't present at the event, so show me the picture of how it started and you in the picture!

Ọmọ do you think all these people trailing MaxInDHouse don't know that they're following a wise Nairalander?

Well it's your turn to join my fans club now so you're welcome on board my friend! smiley
Why do you need to believe a book, when you can have knowledge of it, mr believer? You want a picture? Didn’t you say seeing is believing and we are talking about knowledge here not believe. Or have you seen the shape of knowledge?
Your religion is inconsequential that’s why you need to believe it and not have a knowledge of it, mr believer. What are important are known and not believed.

Did you read the highlighted or you were told or you were present when my religion started from Judaism? cheesy
I read the highlighted and I know, I didn’t believe it.
Your Old Testament was copied from Judaism.

Everything has an origin, we can go look at it, and you show me where Pharisees created Judaism.
Eledumare is from Yoruba culture, your Jehovah, Elohim and other Israel gods is a Jew culture.

Knowledge is what you were told by your eye witnesses right?

Christianity Etc › Re: Maxindhouse Come And Defend Your Watchtower Bible by Maynman: 8:14am On Apr 14, 2022
MaxInDHouse:
How did you KNOW the religion of my forefathers?
Were you told or you saw my great-grandfather before?
Ọmọ you have tied yourself in a corner but i will not untie you unless you tender an APOLOGY first, apologize first for saying KNOWLEDGE has nothing to do with what you were told and we can continue our friendly discussion! wink
Your religion comes from Judaism. Untie yourself from your religion and your shepherds, believer.
Can you show me where you got your definition of knowledge as things that are told to people?
Knowledge is to know, you can’t tell someone, you can only tell someone about your belief on knowledge.
