Got a qualified tax trainee opportunity in a small audit firm. I have a few questions.
1. What can I do to really understand professional tax accounting in and out and to be a genuis in the field?

2.My career goal is to become a CFO of a big organization. Can tax accounting really help to achieve that?

3.Can I really be sound in the field without a big four experience and is it really possible to move from small firms to big four?

One thing about achieving goals is tenacity of purpose and a burning desire. If u are really passonate about being a doctor u wouldnt mind if it takes a life time. Whatever you want to be just be passionate about it so much that u would dare to thread the path alone and for as long as it may require. You could be the next Ben Carson u knw. 45-49 D
40- 44 E
0-39 F

In your 100 level you will do general courses related to your faculty and science faculty in general. 9courses per semester or thereabout.
Continuous assesment depends on the school, faculty, or lecturer(s). It ranges from 20 - 30 marks and in some cases there might be no CA at all.

My two cents: aim to score eighty and above in all your courses gst inclusive.

@luvola. that a pe111 student scored 25/70 in lasu exam doesnt mean he isn a sound accountant. a lot of factors coulb be responsible for that.

some one on nairaland said 1500, a friend of mine told me 500 and now N 2000 again. na wa ooo. i dont know the exact price for now bt be careful of swindlers.
