The reason he said he disassociate himself from the cash was because, People might say he came to collect cash from Berekete family. Leaders or more accurately, rulers here in Naija bastardize the country and leave citizens uneducated, citizens in turn support the corrupt leaders to further impoverish them. Who is to be blamed? The citizens or the rulers?
