But motives drive actions! I can understand the 5 years Relationship, however lots need to be settled. If she's truly the mother of the child(whom you strongly believe is your child), then she can't utterly disregard you forever.
Women need to be handled with wisdom and care. However, put the pieces together, involve your family and hers, 'cos Love-Relationship is greatly different from Marriage.
You also need to check yourself so as not to repeat any error you may be championing.

I do not believe, I know she is my child. Besides, it is not so much about the child now. My affection for the child owes a lot from what I feel about the mother and the choices we both made in keeping the child.

Maybe the distance (nysc) has worsened things. However dialougue has always been the key to conflict resolution

Unbelievable as it sounds, she has not said I did anything wrong to her. I only get contradicting reasons from her friends and others. I do not doubt the paternity of the child, I have every reason to believe she stayed faithful, I did too. Paying her bride price has never been a problem, atleast I made effort to see her parents but she advised I take a chill pill till they calm down from the anger of her getting pregnant

Hmm, all so interesting. Was actually expecting ladies to say that not all of them have such terrible mood swings only to be disappointed by the excuses. Wetin we do una for this life abeg?

I had this lady I was in love with, a very exceptional woman by my estimation, but the major problems I had with usually stemmed from the swings. She could snap at almost anything and everything and would entirely throw caution to the winds when venting it on me. She usually goes apologetic, but the most annoying part is she could snap and do worse things even in the process of apologising for the past bad behaviour.

I needed to understand her and know how best to follow issues and tried seeking out other females in a bid to understand the female species, but to my surprise, they mostly saw it as normal for girls to have mood swings that are uncalled for.

So please guys, do your partners have such terrible swings too and how do you deal with them?
