Paul is explaining in this passage that because of Jesus you are not condemned to keep on sinning. The holyspirit. somebody shout HalleluYah. through the holyspirit, Jesus himself lives in you. the spirit's power is here right now to help you do what is right inspite of the pull that sin has on you. How do you fix it? You dont. You just fix your thought on what tge spirit desires, choose to rezpond and let God's spirit gives you the strenght to obey.....
Accept jesus as your Lord and Saviour and the spirit will come on you.....

truthislight: The siners that are to be resurrected are to be taught about christ since they never had an opurtunity to hear about christ.

Some of them died befor the gospel about the christ got to where they are.

For those that had heard and refused it, why should they be resurrected for what they had rejected befor ? Is it by force ? No.

Those that have heard, the witness have been served:

"And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. " (Matthew 24:14)..

Those that that ^ have reached have been served, if they rejected it and then die they die for good hevent rejected christ, the source of hope for further life for mankind.

But when the dead are resurrected and taught about christ and they still reject it, they will die a second death = a death without resurrection symbolised by fire in the bible:

"And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death." (Revelation 20:14).

"And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." (Revelation 20:15).
