I was thinking if you give them the proposal, entice them on how it will boost subscription rate, maybe they will considered it.

Even if it means raising up your service charge a little bit.

Good evening and how are you? Thanks for the kind suggestion. I have been working around this escrow idea for years now and have even reached out to financiers who either found it difficult to understand how it works and its profitability or totally see it a waste. I have thus come to accept that, the Nigerian space is not ripe yet for it or it would need time to grow to become truly accepted and viable...

Escrow (in the Nigerian space) is easy to manage within small circles, communities where the individuals interact frequently but have not met physically. As such, a community like Nairaland with members often in interractions with each other; it is easy to give a leap to a third party that serves as the bridge between two people, especially if said person or organisation has a good rating among other commmunity members. Perhaps, it can grow from here or maybe not.

I am open to suggestions tho, and would welcome any clear ideas, partnership propodals that you or anyone would have on how to grow this into something big and global.
