No, it's not. The Times Higher Education is way more recognised than Webometrics. Just as the QS Ranking is more acknowledged than the other two. Then we've the Shanghai ARWU which is superior when it comes to scientific and technology programs. All have different methodologies. Although, I prefer the QS and ARWU because THEducation has turned its ranking to pure water versions.

ECMR cost about N6k in 2023. It's about 3k now. Car owners should have comprehensive insurance, ensure they have a car tracker, fuel demobilizer, car alarm system, also used steering or gear lock when cars are parked.

The part that is unclear is the 1st car stolen at gun point. Is it a Nigerian used car? I have done ECMR twice. I dont see provisions made for cars other than registered or numbered vehicles.

Faded vehicle numbers is a great security risk.
However, FRSC should improve on the quality of its production and give it a longer durable lengthy years than what is currently obtainable.
Cost of replacement should also be cheaper without extorting it's owners.
