I do not speak from both sides of mouth. Either of Hamas or IDF must cease to exist for the peace to finally reign in that region. So, If the prevailing IDF pounds on Gaza is what will guarantee the dissemination of Hamas, and consequently guarantee peace in the region, so be it!

As harsh as it sound to the emotional minds, I consider this position to rather be good than bad for the sustainability of peace in the region, for both the people of Palestinians and Isreal. There will always be collateral damages worthy of true mourning...

Truly by nature, bad things should only go to bad people, but that's what we only wish for, because we really don't know what ultimately marks good or bad people.

@bolded: as long as the hostages are still truly being kept (somewhere on the green earth), the IDFs operation seem to be resolute to find them, and the only factor is time. The invasion of Gaza has already yeilded the discovery of many hostages dead and alive (I'd stopped believing there are really more hostages till now), so on what basis should we believe it won't achieve the full mission?

If truly Hamas still really have those hostages (excuse my doubts), then they are held at Hamas's strongest hold, and I believe IDF knows that. So, this war is only far far from ending and we (me and you) have no say on that fact.

On the contrary, I don't encourage war or destruction in any form. But if the ongoing war and destruction in that region can be sustained to the extent that will guarantee a long lasting peace afterwards, so be it.

The operation meant to investigate and fish out the terrorists that mastermind and participated in that attack was lunched separately (in collaboration with some other countries including some Arab countries), and those does not involve the invasion of Gaza.

The attack on Gaza was avoidable. It was clearly stated by IDF before the invasion of Gaza, that the sole reason is to free the hostages. Hamaz could have stopped that invasion by releasing the hostages...

Hamas have been unbelievably recalcitrant. That has sustained the war in Gaza. The question is, why do Hamas want to stop the war and the invasion of Gaza now? In my opinion, it is to prepare for another war. I don't think that should be allowed.

With all sense of responsibility, we must all accept that the economy disaster that befell Nigeria (and keep rising cost of living exponentially) from 2021 till date, was unpredictable!

The amount you bring home in 2019, and your family feed fat on, is no more enough to to provide necessity now, even when tripled. Even couples that started in 2019 and later, and with 1 or no kids yet are making major adjustments to cope. In short, the 1 or 2 kids you can cater for without stress in 2019, will stress you badly now (even when your income has triple).

That is also not completely true. The exit from Nigeria immediately after PMBs election in 2015 is no mostly based on the prevailing economy of the nation at that time. Infact, the two basic metrics to averagly measure economic status and cost of living in Nigeria are 1. Exchange rate 2. Price of petrol. From 2015 to 2019, exchange (parallel market) moved from 250 to 400 (60% increase, bad!). Price of petrol moved from 87 to 165 (89.7% increas, bad!). From 2021, exchange have moved from 450 to 1700 (277% increase, unbelievable!) and petrol from 200 to 1000 (400% increase, unreal!!!). No one was able to predict this massive rise in the cost of living within such a short time, it is a hard hit on salary earners and some smes (most of whom completely lost their means of income).
