Christianity Etc › Re: Lady Storms Pastor’s Office After Transfering ₦100K Instead Of ₦10k As Tithe by McLizbae: 10:12am On Jan 01, 2025 |
She is legally entitled to her 100k sir. As long as the pastor cannot proof she is owing him or the church, and the lady insist that it is a mistaken transaction. It's criminal for the church to hold the money against her wish because (1) No part of the law uphold tithing to church (2) currently church is not regarded as a revenue generating organization, so it has no institutional right to declear that money transferred into its account is not refundable. GanagiBitrus: She will have to prove that her account was breached which is still none of the church's business.
One thing you fail to realise is that the moment that 100k entered the church account, the church became the owner of the money & had the right to spend the money immediately. So they can tell you the money has been spent.
Look Bro, it's only on moral grounds the church can refund her. She is legally not entitled to a refund. |

The bold statement really works! ShenTeh: Sorry about the situation sir. I take it there are no children involved.
As the divorce as been finalised, please accept it. Or you can go back to beg her and continue your lifestyle as was. However, if you do not want to go back to that lifestyle. I'll recommend 3 things.
First, do a 3-day retreat. Stay indoors. Take plenty of water. Mourn the relationship - cry your worst if you will. Stay off your phone for as much as possible. On the last day, write out 7 clear and simple things you'd like to do. These may include eating out, washing your car, calling one particular XX sister of yours, visit a particular person, etc. make sure you write the to do list and mark them completed when they are.
2. Change your address if you can. Move elsewhere where little or nothing is known about you. We often underestimate the power of a changed environment.
3. Get busy with work, church/mosque/whatever religion activities, hobby, exercise/gym routine, etc. Be busy.
All the best. |

We got a new prepaid meter finally after a tug-of-war with BEDC, and then we paid for some taken to be installed with the meter, and that is a about to also finish recently. So, I tried to buy token online via Opay.
I bought N2000 to test the whole system, input the pin and I got 21.1 units on the CIU.
Now the shocker!
After about a week, I decided to top up the 21.1 units, so I went back to Opay, and buy N5000. Now, I am still confused and disoriented as to why I got 22.3 units after inputing the 5k token.
Is there any explanation abi enlighten that can actually make me make sense of this please? |

Well, some do it because they work late, where I believe they will prefer to go home if they have the comfortable mean. But some do so to save cost. Man just crash if they had to be in school again tomorrow. I known this. Taxi drop in most cities is now from N400 upwards. On average, people take 2 drops from their house to their destination, this x2/day. immortalcrown: Do they do it primarily to cut transportation cost?

It is the truth that lecturers sleep in the office. Especially the single ones. immortalcrown: The economy is very bad. However, sales girls and civil servants that work in local government secretariats still afford transport to workplaces. Are these jobs now better than lecturing?
I am neither a supporter nor a defender of Tinubu. My signature is enough proof. But I stand by the truth. I don't accept unconfirmed rumours, even if the rumours go against someone I do not like.
Are we really sure that some lecturers sleep in their offices primarily to cut cost? Or, is this just an exaggeration? If it is a case of lecturers living outside the states of the universities and cannot afford hotels, the record should be put straight.
There is a part in the post where a professor claims that he is not aware of any of his colleagues sleeping in offices. Notice that only the ASUU chairman claims that some lecturers sleep in their offices, and he doesn't provide any evidence.
Until any lecturer comes out to say that he or she sleeps in his or her office to cut cost, I don't believe this report. The ones who trek to the schools should tell us how many minutes they trek. I'm not doubting the hardship. But I hate exaggerations. So, I want evidence.
Anyways, some professors in these institutions participate in rigging elections. |

From the author down to majority of the commenter, this tread is overwhelmed with ignorance. How does AI even help people that are 90% accessed with the use of any electronics? 99% of examinations in Nigeria today are written in classroom with paper and biro, unlike developed countries. Where is the resources for e-learning in Nigeria self? |
Education › Re: How AI Is Helping Nigerian Students Earn First Class Degrees By Prof. Imumolen by McLizbae: 4:47am On Dec 12, 2024 |
It's either that prof is a nonentity or he just wish to trend as a nonentity. RapportNaija: Nigerians in authority or some form of power baffle me...
Most University degrees in Nigeria are for 4 years plus of study, with undergrads having to go through rigorous manual test & exams from 100 to 400 level...mostly without the use of any tech device.
So how does AI help in the case of instant assessments that involves just a paper and biro?
I know for a fact that many mathematical courses even violates the use of scientific calculators.
So how do you credit the rise in First Class Graduates to AI when it could only be used for maybe regular assignments and final year research projects that's mostly just 6 units?
Please, free Naija students! |

The dragon super worked! I applied it very early in the morning yesterday, and this (attached pictures) is what I have this evening. The killing process seem very fast too. Ultimately, I thank you again, as well as everyone who have contributed to help me solve this issue at this time. Mrdellychy: just follow the hints listed earlier and you are good to go. If you don't have a graduated vessel that u can use to measure in ml, u can use the blue cap of the bottle, each full cap is around 30ml. In addition, while spraying generally, ensure the spray from your nozzle is in fine form( as in mist or vapour) not coming out like a straight drop of rain. You can achieve this by . using a dirt free water or using a flexible cloth to sieve your water .cleaning every dirt blocking the holes of the nozzle .ensuring the nozzle end is not too loosely connected.
