For the sauce: I baked salmon or any fish of ur choice
In a frying pan, Sautee some onion, season to taste. I added some heavy cream and allowed to simmer then added fresh Spinach, then put the fish back. Taste test and remove from heat
You can have with rice or mashed potato

Mashed potato: I left the skin on mine cos i used very small species. Boiled it, removed excess water and left a little in. Mashed until you want, then added some butter, salt, black pepper and a little milk. Turn/whisk everything couple of timea and ready to eat

Thankfully I stayed away from carbonated drinks for days,but succumbed to the cravings yesterday and had just a bottle of fanta.

At least is a progress for me.

It’s quite in unhealthy.
And one thing for sure is, sugar is addictive. Probably the reason you feel this way.
To fight it, always remind yourself of the continuous damage it is to your health. And be determined to stop.

I don't even know any English name for okpehe lol but is the black version of locus beans (iru) in yoruba, made same way, just that I'd black and sometimes I prefer it to iru.

No the leaves, the real paw paw but unripe, you dice and sun dry or what ever means u can dry it, store and cook soup with it whenever you want.


Sometimes we pair it with sesame seeds( benniseed) to make soup too, it's a delicacy where I come from
