For a Newbie in this industry, you first need someone to hold you hand and point out to you, this is this and that, rather than consuming contents they won't understand at first and end up frustrated.

After the class, he then come back here, go namepros and other places to learn more.

Since you chose to call out all those who liked his comment (of which I'm included), then I feel I should say something

While what you said sounds 'good', it's actually not the best advice to give to a teenager. The goal here is not just to make the money. How about the intelligence of maintaining it??
There are people who made sales here and because it came with not so much effort, they feel that's just the way it'll keep going and they'll blow off the money. That aside, how about low seasons of sales drought that most newbies encounter while growing

The last bit you said, you should have included it in your first advice to the guy. You never told him to come back here and learn after the training
You only said, pay for training, buy 3 names, enjoy yourself and cashout.
If it worked that way for you, prescribing it to others would be a fallacy of hasty generalization

As a beginner, I'll advise you stick to Geo domains for now. When you get good roi, you can diversify.
Also, the Georgia name isn't bad. Although there are few variations like Medspa, body sculpting/contouring, skin care et al, with good lead sourcing and outbounding, you might get a decent $Bleep for it

Buy more names too, don't stop buying (but know what you are buying). Your first sale will make the whole purchase worth it

I'm not a veteran on this space at all but I believe I can offer a good piece of advice to those currently struggling to make sales (especially newbies who haven't made first sale)

CB (Clearbit) is a very powerful browser extension that gets you the mails of the decision makers in a business (CEO, COO, CFO, Marketing Director/manager et al)
It is totally easy to install and use and give maximal results over time.
I use it on my phone. Simply type in "Clearbit browser extension" on your Kiwi browser and visit the first link that pops up. Click "install" then go to your browser menu bar. You'll click on the Clearbit shortcut bar there and sign up with your mail.
Clearbit gives 100 credits free every month. However, you can simply sign up with another email when you exhaust it. I have about 6 email accounts registered.

So while you are doing your manual scraping (which is the most effective), you'll see the Clearbit icon floating towards the top right corner of the page while you are in the endusers website. Click on it and you'll be able to see.
Note! Not all websites will produce results.

One other effective way I go about my manual scraping is to fill contact forms. If the business is not too large, a decision maker is likely to see the form. I have made a few sales from contact forms.

Lastly, if you can't go through the stress of the manual scraping, the guys who do scraping on this thread can help you out. I have patronized erjo and opistorincos and I've made sales with their leads.

At the moment, I purchase CB leads from Opistorincos when I'm too busy to scrape them myself
At least, I sold three names last month using his leads.

For those of us that heavily utilize Dan.com's import lead feature (almost all of my deals are imported leads) - it appears, of late - many their import lead notifications drop in the the "spam" folder...

More worrisome is the WARNING in red (that usually follows the mail)

*** I feel, a more convenient approach would be to include the transaction fees in your BIN and then mail it to your buyer...

I also noticed when I do an import lead (and the buyer says they done see it - I go ahead to send them the BIN link for payment (and the transaction fee remains the usual 5%)

Just thought I'd share.
