Hello guys, I'm having a little trouble with Klasha since last Month till now

A refund that was made to my card(expired) since last Month is yet to enter my wallet, i did provide all the requested info from them, after so many weeks of back & forth with the customer care agent, i keep telling them that the money is with them already providing the evidence both from Aliexpress & the card that was meant to receive the refund

There final say this evening is that I'll need to create a new card to be able to receive the refund & they know fully well that their card funding & card creation service is down since last Month till now

From my little experience, refunds normally hit the card if it's available but hits wallet if the card is not longer available, do these guys really want to chop my money

As jboixxx confirmed earlier, my refund will hit wallet, I'll then decide whether to liquidate ....

What do you guys think i should do, i need my money ASAP, is there a way to escalate this issue?

@Olam.ak1
@Jbo.ixxx
@mctfo.pt...

I stopped dealing with Klasha as I can no longer take them serious. Sorry about your misfortunes so far, ideally you are not supposed to create another card to get your refund. It just doesn't make sense. If they receive your refund, let them credit your wallet. I hate their poor services and numerous downtime, that is the major reason I stopped using them. Also, I was once refunded just like you, didn't see the refund. Couldn't check my history too. Chatted customer care and they claimed to have refunded me, I just can't remember seeing that refund.. Also was pissed I could not check my past transactions. It was like $2.59 didn't want to waste more effort following up as it has been like 2 months.

Just do whatever it takes to get your refund and jump ship after. Good luck

That'd be 83v, which is higher than the 80v he said?

That's not a problem.

Please, can I use 4 units of 475w jinko panel with 60A Powmr?

My worry is that the max pv voltage for 24v is 80v(Powmr) and the Voc for the panel is 42.5v

You can do 2S 2P in this solution.

Yea expensive but undoubtedly very superior quality and great after sales service plus Long term warranty and easy setup.

I'll rather buy grade A cells and do my setup. No way I'm buying Bluetti at that their price.

How come no one is talking about bluetti?

BLUETTI AC200MAX
Size: 2.048kwh expandable to 8,192Wh
Price : $1,199.00 or ₦1,798, 500 cost price without shipping fees included

BLUETTI AC180
Size: 1.152kwh
Price: Starting from $899.00 or ₦1,348,500 price without shipping cost included

BLUETTI AC60
Size: 403Wh
Price: Starting from $599.00 or ₦898,500 cost price without shipping cost included

AC200MAX+B300 | 2,200W 5.120kWh
US$3,198.00 or ₦4,797,000 cost price without shipping fees included.

By now you must've seen why it's not so hot here. The cost and the size (kWh) is an issue.

You can get a better deal DIYing the thing than attempting to buy a Bluetti.

Fake test reports are extremely easy to verify. Simply email the test reports to EV for verification.
Between 24-48 hours, you will receive a feedback.
I verified test reports for 280ah matched and batched Grade A Ev cells a few weeks ago and they said are all legit.
I'm expecting 105ah batched and matched grade A cells with their test reports next week
Tuesday. Once I receive them, I'll email the test reports to EV for verification.
EV company is too big for the cells resellers to bribe and the company doesn't joke with it standards.
The company has been receiving negative complains about the dubious activities of the gray market cells dealers. That was why Ev decided (about two years ago) to stamp B on top of the cell qr code in all its rejected cells that were not up to the automotive standards. The
resellers would replace the entire qr codes with the fake ones and sell them as Grade A+.
These are all fake market strategies. There is
nothing like grade A+ or grade B-.
You can peel off the black cover, clean and wipe all the glue off with rubbing alcohol gently to find out the truth.
Finally, capacity is not a good measure of a cell, nor is it the primary reason why cells are grade A.

Ok. That's good to know. We know Chinese can do anything for that sale.

I really thought the community was beyond this but looks like we're right back to where we were two years ago.
I just decided to keep a simple decision about lifepo4 cells purchase in China.
1. If I need batched and matched grade A cells, you MUST attach FREE test reports of each cell with 5 years warranty or more.
I'm very happy with EV for not compromising on its standard. Dubious gray market cell sellers are afraid to issue out their fake test reports because they don't want to be exposed when we mail the reports to EV for verification.
2. If I need grade B cells, then we discuss in details about the quality. If the quality test is up to the standard, I'll keep the patronage.

Let's just assume things for a moment what if a seller sends you a faked test report how can you tell?

I haven't created one before, you showed the funding functions. Can you try the creation function?

I would be happy if you can ? I already created a grey account but my bitnob has been funded by usdt already yesterday.. still has 120$ on the bitnob ..

I don't intend on pulling the funds out yet until maybe a few days if it can't work then I move to grey..

It works here. Anyways contact the customer service

Instead of buying new panels most especially my brother own, you are 💯 better of with fairly used I always advise people to buy new if they can afford Jinko, sunova etc

If you are a seasoned installer, you can confirm that the frame of Most new Solar panel in Nigeria is fragile and easily detach.

This is enough proof that they are low quality, but una no dey hear.

My experience the on the ones I've bought so far, new of course, is different. They are as rugged as it can be. And performance is outta the world. I'll only recommend stuff here, the reader is 100% free to do whatever they like. It's their money, they have the right to spend it anyway they like.

Please are there ways of knowing fake Canadian solar panels?

Installers/ end users around Kaduna axis, please i need recommendations on shops where one can get JINKO panels or original Canadian solar panels or JA solar. I have tried several shops but no luck.

Abeg Abuja and Kano people kindly recommend trusted sources too.
@jonescosmos and other big ogas.

Try FOUANI STORE for Jinko panels.

Original Canadian solar is often from size 450w and above, and is usually the "half cut" design. The label is small and rectangular in nature like this Jinko label here: https://www.nairaland.com/390522/solar-energy-complement-fta/1731#130305730

Not a good buy.

Better off buy other lead acid brand like Luminous, Genius, Eastman, etc.Failure rate of Starplus batteries is very high.

Which is better buying single 625w or buying 2pcs 300w panels

Also anyone with experience with africell sunfit or sunshine panels

See what I'll suggest, this recommendation is coming on the heels of what I've experienced these past two years. I noticed the cheapo solar panels (Africell, Sunfit, Sunshine et al) may be cheap to get. But it comes at a cost some users may experience and not see. I noticed that after two or three years, some of the busbars (those silver coloured lines) that link the individual solar panels starts to burn. You may not see this as panels are probably on the roof, but you will notice the reduced production.

So in summary, instead of buying 1000w of Africell PV, you are better off buying 550w of Jinko, Original Canadian solar (had to put original as the fake are a dime a dozen), JA Solar, Yingli, etc.

In RE world, you usually get WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Pay for premium to avoid premium tears.

I got a warning the first time i closed that payment screen about restrictions if i close it often, as an account i just opened, i don't want to try again for now since i know it'll close if i minimize the app, the Bitnob app itself support multi screen but my bank app no support am for my phone

Till i get an easy way around it, i think I'll leave it for now

The last time I used my Bitnob card ( I use Grey as alternative) was during the Aliexpress March sales, that's why am surprised to see this ugly update now. Both wallet and card funding used to be automatic and instantaneous.

It may just be me. Let other users confirm if it's instantaneous for them.

Thank you for this detailed info bro

This will be a hassle for me, but I'll give it a try later

One, if i minimize the Bitnob app to open bank app, it'll close the Bitnob app, my bank app doesn't support multi screen either

What if one open Bitnob app for payment, then go to bank app but maybe have failed transaction or network issues for transfer, how person wan take do am na?

This Country just dy stress person no be small, all these unnecessary protocols just to buy/pay for something online!

Klasha still have one of the best user interface I've used in all these fintech apps, but their recent mess up too much, na why i dy try other alternatives, they did serve me well in the past but now...nah!

Busy day. Hope you were able to fund it. Anyways, you can minimise the app while using the bank app. Because you'll need to mark the "I have paid button" on the Bitnob app after doing the transfer.

All these are not my annoyance with the app, the only thing I find annoying is waiting for dollar I paid for to appear on my dashboard. This wait is repeated when you want to fund the card. I think someone has to authorise these two transactions manually. Unlike Klasha where it is automatic...when it works o.

Hello, guys using Bitnob here, how do you exactly fund your card?

I find it a bit not straightforward as someone coming from Klasha app, i opened an account & verified, then clicked on deposit via bank transfer, i was hoping to just get/see an account number to copy & make deposit on which will reflect on my wallet & from there i can fund my virtual card, instead i saw 4 things there which were the bank account, bank name, the narration/remark i have to put...i copied the account number & remark, i wanted to go back, close the app & then open my bank app & make the transfer

It prompted me with reasons for cancelling and under it, it says if you cancel often, you'll be restricted

Abeg guys that are familiar with it should put me through, it's a bit confusing compared to Klasha

Don't close the bitnob app once you open it. Copy amount in naira to pay. Copy reference no too to add to transaction reference when doing transfer.. Once you make payment, come back to bitnob and click 'i have made payment" or something of that nature in that page that have amount, bank no and reference. Then you wait. I think they do manual credit because it takes like 10 minutes for the dollar to reflect. Then you go to "Cards" and click add fund. This requires a fee of $1 for amount less than or equal to $100, or 1% for amount greater than $100. Even topping card takes some time. I think all these are done manually. I may be wrong though.

Please save you ear of tinnitus or ear problem, too much sound will cause wahala later

I had this tinnitus scare five years ago. Ever since then, I run away from very loud sound. Imagine persistent ringing in your ear for two days. Slight humming in the middle of the night. I googled the effect and got tinnitus. I was super scared. Fortunately, after the second day it stopped! I felt like I won a lottery. Never again will I expose my hearing to loud sounds/music.
