Jbond: I noticed he later mentioned 3.8kwh is bigger. But my reason for asking was because of the difference in volt in both, normally i know a 3.8kwh is bigger than a 2.5kwh. But because the 2.5kwh is 24v and the 3.8kwh is 12v, hence my confusion on which will be better for a total watts load of 528watts? (freezer inclusive).
And is Cworth lifepo4 battery a good branr, or please if you can recommend another better brand bro
Peterlove11: Get your HF inverter, ensure it's protected and enjoy. They've come a long way and it's the future. I have used both LF and HF, anyday am still picking HF. They are equally reliable. That's my SMS HF inverter delivering loads close to its full rated capacity. Another advantage, they are efficient in inverting DC to AC.
easyyoke: Airfryers surge sir. My Hisense starts with 2400W then drops to 1200/1300/1400W. Thesame thing with Non-inverter microwaves. THEY SURGE ooooooo
My airfryer don't surge. Just the usual heating element start and stop duration which varies based on set temperature. The higher the set temperature, the higher the frequency of heating element being on than off.
Pnutmillionaire: Good day guys, my deye throws an f56 dc_voltlow_fault some nights and the inverter trips and comes back up 3 minutes later, battery is well charged at over 90% when it does this and voltage is usually over 54v. Battery is communicated well with inverter and has 2A active balancer jk bms. Anyone has experience with this or can help ?
This fault likely indicates a momentary voltage drop (sag) on the inverter's DC busbar under load, rather than a sustained low battery voltage. Potential causes and solutions include:
1) High Inrush Current: Large appliances (like fridges) starting can cause a brief, significant current draw and voltage dip. Solution: Reduce peak loads, increase inverter's "Max Discharge Current" setting.
2) Poor DC Wiring/Connections: Inadequate cable size or loose connections create resistance and voltage drop. Solution: Inspect and tighten all battery cable connections; ensure cables are appropriately sized.
3) BMS Issues: Intermittent communication, a weak cell causing the BMS to trip, or overly aggressive BMS low-voltage settings. Solution: Monitor individual cell voltages via the JK BMS app during the fault, verify communication, and review BMS low-voltage limits.
Troubleshooting involves identifying specific night-time loads, monitoring inverter and BMS data during the fault, and checking all DC connections.
brightk: any idea on alpsolar, price is moderate, they seem to capture my attention with thei panel oversizing but with no dual mppt input i tire once....
I don't have info on them.
If the price is great with great after sales, go for it.
I see some people shit on Sako here, but those guys got great after sales service, at least my guy has only good things to say about em.
KudozInteriors: GOOD NEWS: I’ve gotten my brand new 5Kwh battery.
Sako CEO got involved in the matter and promised me a new battery once their container comes back. She fulfilled her promise and I collected the battery yesterday. I must say that the customer service I received from Sako was premium and top notch.
nadico: My 10kva super smart inverter was affected by lightning as if you switch it on. It comes up and go off immediately. I got someone to check it and he said the lightning affected the power card. Gurus in the house, any idea how much it will cost me to repair.
Powerboard MOSFETs plus other things may have been affected.
Send to reputable repair technician and consider adding protective devices like a good earth, SPD etc to forestall future failure.
To all Nigerian civil engineers: please ensure that roofs are fortified going forward. Given the ongoing challenges with reliable power supply, it’s important not to assume that roofs will only need to support roofing sheets and resist wind loads. Please include the weight of photovoltaic (PV) panels as part of the structural load calculations. Thank you in advance.
aieromon: It depends on the location of the store. If the seller is located in Hong Kong, your package is likely to be shipped via Singapore Post or Netherlands Post through NIPOST.
Speedaf handles packages from China Mainland.
True. I don't even bother to check, is what I mean, so far I guess I'm now inadvertently buying from Mainland sellers without even trying to do that.
